Quality auditors look for big picture issues on clinical trails. They look for a trend to the types of issues occurring. What's the root cause? The job for in-house CRA varies tremendously depending on where you work. They are different roles. In-house CRAs often do vendor management, remote monitoring, quality review, budgets/contracts etc.
Thanks for the suggestion. I need to figure out how to do a white board or screen share recording. Once I have those skills, I'll hopefully put out such a video. In the interim, there are a few good ones up on RUclips.

Hello can I become a CRA after I have experience as QA. Is it easier to become CRa as a CRC or as a QA?
Either is fine. To become a CRA you need research experience and you will get that in both a clinical QA role or in a CRC role.
