According to the notes, Carter is a "red and white Pit Bull Terrier mix". Note that every video has a list of every dog featured in the video with links to their adoption web page. So if you'd like to see more about a particular dog, click on the link in the description.
The shelter has processes and procedures based on years of experience. Products used in a shelter are very different from those used in a home environment in the same way that restaurant equipment is completely different from home kitchen equipment. In terms of endorsing products, I would only endorse those that I already know and would recommend to someone I know, such as well-made martingale collars, Mendota leashes, etc.
