Cleaning preparation of a platinum crucible with potassium disulfate and fire. Later I will use those crucibles for acid digestion of compounds in a ferrotitan alloy which were insoluble in a mixture of sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid. Aim: analysis of content of iron and titanium in these alloys.
