As an Australian I can tell you kangaroo meat is very healthy because they are a lean animal.......Lot's of protein. .......It's kind of like your bison. American mainly eat beef of chicken but bison is a delicacy much like kangaroo.

Your kids are awesome......I just returned from a 7 day trip with my elderly mom and it has been 2 days of going to every supermarket and buying up food........I don't think I wanna see another supermarket for a while now.......For people who don't like supermarket shopping I always advise to get a carton of shelf stable milk and you only need to put it in the fridge once it is open. Otherwise it can sit o a shelf in another part of your home until you need it. Where I live you can also get shelf stable cream.
