Witness sketch good, the clay head bad, artist rendering of skull unimpressive. Nobody got that her eyes were very deep set (horizontal slit) and her mandible is as wide as her temple and a large drop in her mandible relative to her chin. She had a huge boxy jaw relative to zygoma cheek bone. Don’t know why they can’t nail the angle of the eyes either.

Yes. This seemed like an obvious threat especially with her reaching out. I ran a vacation rental and at one point I had two young German men with two girls (who I never saw). The men seemed to be a couple. It's known to many in Hawaii that German men in particular will go to the South Pacific and gather children for human trafficking and Hawaii is the route back. One of the few days they were there they were returning to the house and I happened to be out for a walk. I flagged them down to communicate something or other. They had rented a car with darkened rear windows and not a peep from the back seat. Their behavior seemed a little off- ish. ..they also didn't seem to be people who would be interested in anything rural. It wasnt until later that my suspicions grew. Maybe it was all on the up and up. Looking back tho with other observations with the clean-up and with a deep pit in my stomach, I wish I had been more inquisitive and tried to finese contact with the girls and taken further steps. They were long gone and I had no real evidence other than an unsettled feeling. I was in my role as hostess and should have allowed my attenae to venture beyond that in the moment. However I do feel that I have a protective streak and would have reported this situation with the woman reaching out! In Hawaii you do see some weird stuff. Ugly old men acquiring women from Asian countries and being authoritative with them. Ugh Once I saw a paunchy goat goading an Asian woman who didn't speak English well into playing in the surf. The shore break was certainly big enough to be dangerous especially if you don't know what you're doing. She was terrified. He obviously didn't know what he was doing either but made a big show of how funny it was to scare her. I gave him a piece of my mind but poor women....the scrapes they get into with these ugly insensitive men who seek out women who culturally don't stand up for themselves with the promise of a better life in the western world.

It’s also because people are afraid of getting sued if their not 100% right and that is said !! Even if someone is in a motor vehicle accident you have to be careful not to touch them or getting in legal trouble !!

    • @HearturMind
      @HearturMind 2 года назад +1

@@jimrossi7708 I get that. However, there is such a thing as an anonymous tip and if a person has stated flat out they are afraid for their safety, then one faces a moment where their moral courage is being challenged. I am glad that hand signal is being promoted for kidnapped people to communicate their SOS.

He always says a prayer for the ones who lost their lives, or are still missing, and their loved ones. I immediately subscribed and always look forward to Bryan's new videos. Using isotopes found within a body, deposited by drinking water, to discover so much about a person's place of origin and subsequent places of residence is simply groundbreaking! Modern technology is moving ahead by leaps and bounds. This was a fascinating video and I'm so glad Bryan shared it with us. Rest in peace, Isobel! 🙏🏼 Justice is being served!

There’s an interesting ‘missing’ in the Mammoth area. In 2013 , a schoolteacher Matthew Greene went missing while hiking/ climbing in the area, and no trace ever found.
Someone found glasses that to me looked like his but they said later weren’t. Funny thing was, he had his Subaru in the shop being repaired and was staging out of a campground in town so they figured he had gone out locally because you can take a bus to the trailheads there ..

The eyewitness described that man so accurately, and I’m floored, his scratch was far more accurate than his tiny victim.
I’m grateful for the advancement of forensic science. I pray you are at peace Isabel 💜
Thank you for sharing this story, I feel like I’m sitting in a room with you as you discuss these cases. BTW, when you drive out west from Virginia, (if coming from the Norfolk area) skip I-85 I just drove to Dallas TX, I went to pick up a family member in VA, drove out thru Arkansas, Tennessee, it was smooth, no issues at all. We came back thru NC to visit a relative, and I can 100% assure you THAT will never happen again! NC and SC on 85 was a construction zone a good 80% of the drive. We hit Atlanta at 3:30 and didn’t get to I-20 West, on the south side of Atlanta until almost 6:00pm. We were so weary by then, and traffic was still very heavy (I mean I know it was actually rush hour at that point lol) so we stopped and ate at the only non fast food spot, The Waffle House 😂 and tbh it was the first time I had a bad meal at the WH, ok, hope back on I-20 and things were finally flowing, albeit at 45 mph, I felt like a speed racer 😋 but the fun didn’t stop there. We rolled into Birmingham some time later, and a split was coming up, a left exit, and 20W, so I put my blinker on, observed a vehicle about 2-3 semi truck lengths behind me, and changed lanes. Apparently this triggered the driver of said vehicle, he floored it and tried to hit me before swerving to the left (keep in mind there were no other vehicles in any of the lanes between us) anyway, after they sped past us, the front passenger stood up out thru the window, so his body from the waist up was outside of the car, and he was flailing his arms, it took a second for me to realize he had a gun in one of his hands. So that was day one of our trip. Day 2 was great, Mississippi westward was smooth sailing.

I have one you can check out. Its a very strange one. There was a Hiker by the name of Aylof Krost who in oct 1st of 2013 went missing from a hike with a group of Germans and two guides in the San Bernardino National Forrest . He went to a trail head called the Pinnacles trail off of Hwy 173. He was with a group of 20 or so people when he vanished. Apparently He took a rest while the rest of the group went a head going back to the parking lot trail head. One of the guides who was at the back of the hiking group found Mr Krost resting on a rock. Now this other guide was not feeling well or something to that manner and sat down by Mr. Krost. Mr Krost was feeling rested got up and headed back to rejoin the rest of the group leaving the guide behind. When the guide that was left behind felt better he proceeded back to the parking lot where it was learned that Mr Krost never showed up with the rest of the group. He was never seen again. A search was conducted and he was never found. Still missing to this day.

I heard this one in the missing 411 books and I’m close to those mountains I’m up there a lot. Very bizarre circumstances of how he went missing between the group and is still missing no evidence of him or any of his belongings were ever found. One thing I recommend to anyone hiking is do not go alone that seems to be some sort of factor in a lot of strange disappearances.

You might find it interesting that evidence of pregnancy is found on a part of the pelvis and is called partuition pit. The more vaginal births you have the more/deeper the pit marks are. In 2016 I traveled across country from st louis, mo to my new home here in Oregon....best road trip ever!
Looking forward to seeing your planned itinerary.
Smart decision to come out here to west coast in spring...summers are hot, dry and the wildfire smoke detracts from the beauty.
Spring or fall is best time.
Hopefully not too early in spring...you might have some issues traversing some of these mountain passes!
I remember being shocked going to Crater Lake in early June and seeing how much snow was still on the ground! Some of the snow banks still reached the roofline of the one story buildings!!
Anyway, be safe coming out here...these mountain passes are no joke with the snow, esp if you don't have a lot of experience driving in those conditions...and in unfamiliar territory.
Hope to see you if southern Oregon is part of your trip. 🙂
