I've enjoyed your videos so much and for so long. This one leaves out an important strech of images around min. 37-39 when you switch to your screen. I'm left with a view of your sketch book only. Sure wish I could see the excluded drawing I missed. Please keep on posting!
It's incredible that this stuff is so freely and easily available. It still takes a lot of time, effort, and dedication to make use of this content, but just imagine several decades ago when that applied to simply acquiring the content in the first place.
Dear John, thank you so much for this lesson. I followed along, and will stalk my cat when he wakes up eventually! :-) I've been a fan for several years now (Have your Guide to Nature Drawing & Journaling). For me, watching on youtube, this sort of lesson is much more convenient than class recordings. You are a rare, very gifted teacher! Your ability to explain and to simplify is unique and invaluable. Many thanks and best wishes!!
Thank you so much for this great lesson. I surely will look better at my cat from now on. She is 17 and not that active, but she still makes some great moves and has some awesome poses for drawing. There was just one problem with this lesson, at 36:43 you say you're going to screen share the photo's but, no, no sharing just your sketchbookpage,. Not sooner then at 52:33 the sharing is there. But it still was a great lesson, and I surely will watch it again and draw those awesome muscles my sweet little furry companion has somewhere under her nice black and white coat.
We have a cat that hates being patted so much that she’s earned the names 3-pat cat and Grumpy Bum. 😂 She’ll give me the most epic look if I tried kitty massage on her 😾 But seeing how some of the main muscles attached to the skeleton is so fascinating! 😯
