I spoke about this to a friend who is a lecturer at KNUST and it turns out they even have a term for the situation in Accra. He calls it "Gentrification" and it is mainly caused by the huge influx of richer foreigners and borgas who ends up influencing pricing of goods and services in the city. Until certain controls and checks are put in place ,only foreigners will soon be able own any business or property in Accra. Most Ghanaians will soon be forced out of the city or reduced to tenants and employees.
Many people believe in dealing with Agents: however, there are "false Agents" in the system and people are bound to fall victims. Kindly make sure you are dealing with verified Agents. Thanks a lot for sharing. 🙏
