That's a good thing, right? Then if that's true; why are there still so many videos bashing the JW's? I guess I just see things differently, because when I see so many people hating them it makes even more curious about their teachings. What have they done to deserve such hate? I never hear of JW's getting violent, or attacking others for their beliefs, and yet it seems that many 'so called' Christians have made it their life's work to destroy them. Why? I mean if they're truly losing members every day, then why are there still so many anti-JW videos on YT aimed at demonizing and discrediting them, more than any other religion? Unlike another very prominent religion we all know about, JW's are not telling anyone to "convert or die". So I don't understand why they're seen as such a threat. To me it's very reminiscent of what the Apostles went through for simply preaching the gospel that Jesus taught them. They weren't a threat to anyone, they weren't forcing others to believe, but yet they were hated and even tortured and killed for continuing to minister to others. I've even heard some "Christians" say that JW's should be thrown in jail for their preaching work. That's insane! I know it can be a pain in the butt when they show up at your door, but trying to destroy them, or to advocate that they be locked up for preaching is just crazy!
My family moved to our current home in October 2023. To date, we've never had a witness knock on our door. I mentioned to my mother and sister that are still witnesses, and they were not surprised at all. The Watchtower are losing members like crazy, and the ones left are old and don't do door to door anymore.
During Watchtower's self-mandated 2.5 year lockdown, I had Mormons call at my house regularly. Obviously, no door visits from JWs. JWs have allegedly been up and running normally again for two years now. I still haven't had a JW call at my house, but the Mormons have stopped by.

Great video Winston. JWs didn't change the date to 1918 till years later. So why would Jesus choose a bunch of apostates to be the promised faithful slave?
Come to think of it here in the city I live in we rarely get door to door JW people. We rarely even see them set up on the corner anymore and I live close to 2 Kingdom Halls.

Its true there are a lot of 'good' people who are JW's. The problem is, the family takes second place to the organisation, like a second mortgage to a first mortgage. A point was made recently regarding disfellowshipping in that if a JW does not talk to a disfellowshipped one, then the real issue is the JW is personally deciding to take this position, even if New York said it, its still, at the end of a day, a personal and discretionary decision. Milgram experiment?
@@kaizenexcellens Yes I agree it’s a personal decision, but you will be shamed for it and shunned yourself if there’s a family member that still lives with you first and if they don’t live with you you’ll probably be df yourself if they find out you are getting together associating with. @@watchtowerexamination Without dishonesty, Watchtower wouldn't exist. It's the foundation they're built on. They can't leave a key ingredient out of their dramas even if they wanted to.
Winston- Worse than Russell not knowing he was the "faithful and discreet slave, is: despite Watchtower's claim that Russell was the ONLY person on earth watching for Jesus' return, is that Russell learned Jesus' returned in 1874... but he wasn't aware of this until 1876. So, Russell was the F&DS but didn't know it. He was supposedly watching for Jesus' return but missed it. This is the foundation of the Watchtower religion.
" Curt Jester" is a Court Jester 🎉 I feel but isn't funny. A small town near me in UK akways have 2 different pairs of cart witnesses one of which are Indian with translated literature in Hindi Punjabi or Gujati
A JW wrote me a couple of years ago. I replied with a couple of questions. I never got a reply. … A black hole? Really? And yet when I reply, no answer. Give me a break. Hopefully I planted seeds with my questions.
The problem is that JW members are obeying man rather than obey God. Which is the mark of the beast. As an outsider, the organization's use of slave is very wrong. God uses the word servant instead. He rewards His servants in the present and especially on His return. Slaves by contrast do not get paid. The parable of the talents instructs Christians to trade. The definite of trade is mutual consent for mutual benefit, so again there's no real slaves. Abraham Lincoln defined slavery as "you work, I eat," which is condemned by the "don't steal" and "don't covert" laws. Further more the word "one another" as in love one another, serve one another, be compassionate to one another etc, appears over 50 times in the bible. One another means that relationships are TWO WAY rather than one way. Again there are no slaves. Hiding trade and that relationships are two way is a sin committed by most main stream denominations. They collude in telling this and many other lies. Rights, assertiveness and freedom (from others meddling) is taboo in most Christian denominations. Also by the way, every law in physics and chemistry has an equal sign. Equilibrium is the greatest law of the universe. It's metaphorically more powerful than God. It's why Christ had to die for mankind's sins. It's always interesting how denominations dance around this point. There usual line of reasoning is that Christ died for our sins because our sins had to be paid for. Which is circular reasoning.
@@watchtowerexamination Profundo, aunque no lo hayas entendido. Los apóstatas en todos los idiomas son iguales, resentidos y sabedores de todo el conocimiento del cosmos.
Stephen, the biblical sense of the word slave has nothing to do with slaves of the Lincoln era. Also Jesus didn't have to die for our sins, it is a free gift. Shame on you for your impudence and disrespect.
In the biblical sense, a Jew was allowed to sell himself into slavery, but after 7 years his freedom and land were restored to him. In the Lincoln era, what we call slavery was actually kidnapping.
OPEN YOUR EYES JW !

Is there meant to be a preaching campaign in the 21 st century? Did Jesus appear to us and ask us to do this, as he did with his apostles in the first century? He asked them in person, but not us. How then do we know that we of this time now are meant to preach as they did 2 thousand odd years ago? Well the answer seems to be that we are just presumptuously doing it of our own volition for some reason that I cannot fathom. Jesus did the preaching work to gather in the 144,000. That was apparently done - otherwise why would the work have stopped? There are now millions of JW's and millions of other so called "Christian" sects and cults. Are all human beings, millions upon millions, needed to judge the few remaining on earth that were not gathered up as part of the 144,000 that are to judge those on the Earth? It's all a pile of nonsense, like everything that comes out of religions (false worship). The Bible, if you believe it, states that God's current arrangement on the Earth is the secular authorities, that stand in their relative positions by God's authority. These rule instead of God until the point when He re-establishes His control over the Earth. I have not as yet noted that God is now ruling over the Earth (something I think you could not miss), so until the second coming of Jesus, I suggest we abandon our presumptuous guesswork as to what we think Jesus might want us to do, and simply be patient and wait.
I wish you would provide some Biblical referrences in support of the conclusions you drew. They are interesting, but I cannot reconcile them with what is clearly taught in the Scriptures. And yes, I believe in the Bible.
*"Jesus did the preaching work to gather in the 144,000."* Nope. Not even the Bible says this. 144,000 is not a literal number. It's a false WT theological concept.
I loved your comment because it raises an important question. I cannot confirm if it is in droves that people are leaving, but I can definitely tell you it is NOT as strong as ever. The very video inserted from the Watchtower is in and of itself, proof they are weaker. Think. In 2017 they elected to focus on making changes to get better results. Two years later, they are stressing the same thing. Then in another two years, they were at it again. There is ZERO reporting from them that the 2017 changes are yielding better results, then seven years later, instead of a video, boasting how the changes are proving effective is a vido of Witnesses feeling like they are witnessing to a black hole. As strong as ever?
Jehovah promised to fill his house with glory. India is coming online and China both don't count their time, so you are barking up the wrong tree if you think we are leaving in droves. Did you see that up to verse 51 was mentioned? Read the verses again and see if you see the word, "evil".
It's a PARABLE.
And, to your point, he didn't say there was a slave. He asked a question about what traits a faithful slave would have.

Unfortunately they are playing with people’s emotions and mind it can have such a devastating affect in people’s lives.
@@Antlil2023 Yes and the shunning is an unacceptable form of social control that relates to the legal process of undue influence, and can lead to civil litigation along the lines of the novel tort of psychiatric harm, also lack of consortium, and even at times deprivation of liberty and provocation. The violence we have been seeing at kingdom and an assembly hall shows they are likely provoking people to a point where they are not coping, creating a motive. As I am living it myself I agree with you in terms of the devastation, being 'nice' can be done by the worst of people.

Worse than Russell not knowing he was the "faithful and discreet slave, is:
despite Watchtower's claim that Russell was the ONLY person on earth watching for Jesus' return, is that Russell learned Jesus' returned in 1874... but he wasn't aware of this until 1876.
So, Russell was the F&DS but didn't know it.
He was supposedly watching for Jesus' return but missed it.
This is the foundation of the Watchtower religion.

JWs will be spreading their message by Pony Express and letters written on parchment. Smoke signals are optional.
Let's not leave out carvings of cave walls for explorers and archaeologists to find😅
I heard they are having trouble finding people home. I think that's why they have been using carts and try to go where they are visible to the people.
A JW wrote me a couple of years ago. I replied with a couple of questions. I never got a reply.

So what are GB supposed to say - ' they are engaged in 2nd greatest preaching campaign 😂

Well said. Profound.

Profundo, aunque no lo hayas entendido.
@@ucanliv4ever How about some facts and line/s of reasoning? The persuasion thingy.
In the biblical sense, a Jew was allowed to sell himself into slavery, but after 7 years his freedom and land were restored to him. In the Lincoln era, what we call slavery was actually kidnapping.

*"Jesus did the preaching work to gather in the 144,000."*
Nope. Not even the Bible says this. 144,000 is not a literal number. It's a false WT theological concept.

Who said people were leaving in droves? It’s as strong as ever
