    Sorry to say. Completely wrong advice. When the company pays a dividend there is ACT and the personal tax also get gross up so no tax saving. The cost of maintaining a co. In the UK is high and you can get into wrongful trading easy. Be very careful and do your research

      其實冇建議過用公司名義只按揭,只係講出可以慳稅呢一個POINT. 當然每個人的財務狀況都唔同,一定會有啲人慳到,有啲人慳唔到。而且我都有講公司借按揭都有壞處,但因為重點唔係講開公司,如果講哂,條片起碼要半個鐘﹗

      @@SamSamChannel888 Thank you for the explanation. As I am a Uk Accountant I know it can be very expensive to keep a company in the UK. Tax planning is a complicate matter in the UK
