Hope to be able to get that JD 14 , Enjoyed O/F 1924 Last year , Did enjoy the 15 year American Light,, Still Have 2 C923s Unopened ,, would love to find that EH Taylor,,, also the Heaven 19 year would be interesting ,, Have not seen Havana yet ,, I'am sure I will never get Pappy 20 ,,, Thanks
2024 was such a great year for bourbon hunting in michigan, not nearly as good as in many other states as so many things just aren't available here at ANY PRICE, but just as well I was VERY pleased on my finds 👍 hoping 2025 is just as exciting 😉 Cheers 🥃💯
Of your list I'm lookin for JD releases and that H.H. 19yr. The ECBP would have to be above 130 proof and atleast 12yrs for me to get another one. I currently have 2 B batches and 3 C batches. I ll wait for your review of OF1924 before I open mine. Cheers
Last year was an amazing year for Whiskey, I think this year is going to be another great year. Been waiting patiently for that Jack 14. Go get em boys!
Great info on what to look for. Will be a big year. Wish all luck in their hunting. Dave. Question to you and all watching. With Brown Foreman closing their cooperage and cutting their work force by 12%. Is this going to be a good sign for prices or make it even harder to get msrp? Hoping this isn’t an industry trend. Thnx again for you videos
I think they sold their cooperage in AL. That was the Jack Daniels one to American Stave. They still have a few more plants (Jack has another one) and they still promote that they are the only distillery to make all there barrels. The good thing with Bourbon is it’s very delayed. The distillery have been pumping barrels for years. So I see a big over supply for the next 5 years. I just wonder if they will keep pumping these expensive LEs? But I feel they have made them so expensive that there’s no money to be made in the secondary market. So that should help get the bottles at MSRP. I’m just concerned how high some MSRPs are getting. So all in all I think more supply, will require distillery’s to become more competitive to sell there products, I don’t think they will go cheaper. But maybe better whiskey 🤷🏻♂️ more RR15, Presidents Choice, BTAC and I think we are starting to see this
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Great list for 2025💯

😂thnx for responding. That was close to my reaction. I’m new to the bourbon seen and always learning catch you on the next one
A125 ECBP is like 118 proof I believe.
Bummer. It’s not always been about proof. But with ECBP it sure seems like it is

Well that’s disappointing. I got the A123. And it sucked. Fool me once!
I’m ready to flip bottles 🤣🫣

Jack 14 is my priority in 2025, the rest will come in due time
