Mooji, I have been listening to u since 2020 but still trying to empty my mind. I need help. I am from Jamaica, grew up in the christian World. I do think outside the box. I am open to receive your teaching but find it difficult to quite the mind. Please help me. Love your teaching a lot. As u mention about dream. I havent seen anything about dream which can be terrified at time. Love u loads.

Sorry we only make short videos from Moojis Satsangs, but if I may, focus on that who wants to empty the mind, who wants peace than observe that feeling with all your attention and you will see how it all melts. Observation free from thinking is pure awareness. Use the same level of attention when you see something very beautiful you will see that when you looking or listening something very interesting that there is no center you are just there. Same thing when you are observing your own mind.
