Woah! Love the show! Can't believe I caught it so early. I'm usually late to the party. Now I can pretentiously say I've liked the show from the beginning when it gets big.
Awesome dudes! I'm here for it already, you guys have a WELL OILED conection, seems like you've been doing these togheter for YEARS. It wouldn't surprise me if this was the 10th Year Anniversary episode kkkkkkk. LETS GO ON ME LET'S GO ON 3 (that's how its DONE!!!!0
"Cykologee sez" that the more uncertain a venture feels, the more people seek certainty. & the 'logos' portion of Aristotle's Triangle does not apply. I'll use examples to illustrate. Baseball players don't usually have rituals around their fielding ability. All but the very worst of them make most of their defensive plays. Sherpas in the Himalayas are seen as some of The Loosest laid-back people. When it comes to hitting or journeys that take them through the highest passages where storms can surprise them, both groups become *extremely* superstitious. The pre-game speech doesn't fill any void of unknowing in us in any logical way. It makes people _feel_ as if something or someone is on their side. Most people operate on feeling & most people are very reluctant to admit this to themselves. Now, when it results in even what Tyriq Stevenson did, not much harm done. Honestly, if logic applied, the Commanders won this game way before except for some bad ref-ball yada-yada, one fluky play does not a career define. It's when these emotions harm a player's career that they're bad. I don't think I know of a QB more harmed by social media memes than Justin Fields. He set accuracy records in college. This is 100% dismissed by fans as "anyone could succeed with that receiving corps." How strange. They bother to measure how much receivers *_don't_* have to chase after a QB's accurate passes, & somehow _everyone_ dismisses this stat as being the result of exactly that? Then there's ruclips.net/video/QuhUbISnr8s/видео.html, a great video proving with stats that another meme surrounding him was 100% false. Something done by a guy who has a career in the NFL. I want to combine the two to illustrate something. Fields threw Perfect Passes down the field that made highlight reels weeks 2-3. Multiple ones. Then for some reason Arthur Smith reduced the amount of snaps Pickens was on. Then the guys who do the weekly QB assessments also noticed that Pickens was dragging his feet when sent on long routes. Why would someone who wants the ball thrown to him _do_ that? These guys all suspect that Pickens was Not To Be Targeted on those routes & that *for some reason Arthur Smith **_TOLD him_** he wasn't gonna get the ball No Matter What.* I can't think of another reason he'd do that either. If this was punishment for GP, then why did it all change the game they started Russ? If it *isn't* against him, then it's against Fields. If so, why? Are NFL players, GMs & coaches also overcome by the lack of logos when it comes to how they see players? You betcha! So I'm throwing this out to you for consideration & maybe you guys still know people on the inside who can tell you a bit how fields is perceived in the league by who & why. Because if he's still throwing like this ruclips.net/video/5JO1PsupF_U/видео.html now, and he is, consistently, then he's top-2 or 3 in accuracy & top-5 in arm strength & reads defenses at an Elevated Level. How tf & why is Arthur Smith holding him back so they averaged under 20 points for 4 out of 6 games? How did the Bears do the same for 3 years? Might be important.
