Listen carefully. The man said you do not have to live in the expensive places if it breaks your budget. Just like you do not have to live in downtown areas in major cities because real estate prices are at a premium. Problem most of us are status driven and saying you live in Location is supposed to bestow some degree of " I made it". If you have the money fine, but its food for regular folks to know there is more to Ghana or any other country than just the capital city. Moving 10 or 20 miles can do wonders to your budget and still have easy access to the city if you need to.

Very positive attitude. Black people need to put their minds together to solve their collective problems. Until Africa is able to stand up with confidence, the black man will NOT have dignity. A strong confident Africa is a positive to all black people across the globe.

I see you’re at jerk Soul Restaurant, the food there is excellent and the owner (Judah) is from the US. Now, before moving to Ghana you need to at least visit and make sure you plan to have residual income to live off of.
Lastly, there is free land available at the moment. I believe the lady he mentioned is part of one program and the other can be found at the asebuman website...you have to pay a registration fee of $1,200 to get an indenture (like a deed). The plot size is 80 x 100 feet, which is a very good size. They also have their own builders for when you are ready to build.
