Listen carefully. The man said you do not have to live in the expensive places if it breaks your budget. Just like you do not have to live in downtown areas in major cities because real estate prices are at a premium. Problem most of us are status driven and saying you live in Location is supposed to bestow some degree of " I made it". If you have the money fine, but its food for regular folks to know there is more to Ghana or any other country than just the capital city. Moving 10 or 20 miles can do wonders to your budget and still have easy access to the city if you need to.
Woo hoo, Bajan in the house...love it. Wode Maya really was a forerunner. He really set the bar. God bless him and all the others that have followed. Yes, sister Yaa is doing excellent work.
Very positive attitude. Black people need to put their minds together to solve their collective problems. Until Africa is able to stand up with confidence, the black man will NOT have dignity. A strong confident Africa is a positive to all black people across the globe.
I see you’re at jerk Soul Restaurant, the food there is excellent and the owner (Judah) is from the US. Now, before moving to Ghana you need to at least visit and make sure you plan to have residual income to live off of. Lastly, there is free land available at the moment. I believe the lady he mentioned is part of one program and the other can be found at the asebuman website...you have to pay a registration fee of $1,200 to get an indenture (like a deed). The plot size is 80 x 100 feet, which is a very good size. They also have their own builders for when you are ready to build.
@@errolsamuels211 it is a big Jamaica. When you are in Ghana the things they do make you laugh because its lije what we do in Jamaica. They wake up early and sweep the yard and wash the clothes early morning and put it on the line. So many thing's they do there we do it in Jamaica even the foods. I saw nettle hog plums June plum lime guinep hardough bread.
You are right bros. Life in UK is always hustle and bustle. No proper relaxation without stress. Too many issues for people to handle, the taxes, rush hrs, tiny box houses etc. I left home for abroad 13 yrs ago very sound, strong and vibrant young man but not same as of now!
Bajan-Yankie here. Hey Errol, you forgot to promote Barbados,😐 Have you forgotten you're a Bajan? On the upside, I enjoyed listening to you. Great video Jay. God Bless!!!
please guys in diaspora especially all ye all of African descent come with your monies to invest in Africa there might be some challenges but surely you shall make it. We need you guys more than the Chinese and others.
Hi nephew Jay & Bro . Enroll I am glad that you had this interview with this brother . He brings a lot if information to the table. He is very encouraging and hope to meet him & his family in the near future . Nephew , I am glad that you finally shout - out my hometown city of Savsnnah , GA . Like Nephew Go Black always say " Get - in , Where you Fit - in". That's why Afrika is the place for me , in particular , Ghana. .
Ghana, Senegal, Namibia, Rwanda some African countries stated are stable, with promising economies. Sadly the same can't be said for some other countries. My take Black diasporas must have an unalienable right to return.
Ghana will let people drill their oil and give them 15 per cent ownership. Only happens in Africa. See the Saudis Russia Qatar Norway they own their oil it is majority state owned so the profits stay in the country for the benefit of the people
One question im trying extremely hard to answer.why are people living in the diaspora moving to Ghana but Ghanaians are eager to move to Europe and America?
Wode Maya has had a HUGE impact on the return to Africa movement!
Africa is a land of opportunity, but you've got to have hustle

The easiest way is if u have your own house u can drill your borehole inside your house n u never problem with water.
Depends where you live. Some areas you can’t do the borehole. Also, it’s expensive to run.
Ghana is all right
