Local government Election should not be conducted by the state. Local government elections should be conducted by local Election board . Local government elections conducted by the state takes away the autonomy you are trying to protect

The SAN has been a professor for a long time, he gives lectures at some schools and he does attend conferences and platforms to share his thoughts, so that validates him as one.
