You know exactly what to do, it just sucks doing it! This is all you need to understand from Goggins if you want to move forward. People don't need a seminar or self help book, you just need to write a simple plan, accept it will be unpleasant with no guarantee of success, then work on the daily and see what happens! Most people fail because they gave up, not because of lack of talent.
