For anyone wondering, they said themselves that the only reason they decided to not compete with a new song in 2021 was because they wanted to give other acts the opportunity to get the same amount of exposure they did. Little big were one of those artists that benefited greatly from the competition and became even more popular with UNO so they felt the didn't need Eurovision anymore (as opposed to some other smaller artists who need the chance to get their name out there sort of speak) It's beautifully altruistic ✨

To be fair, Eurovision thrives on novelty. If they went out there again, they would still do well, but people wouldn’t be quite as hyped because they have seen them and their type of act before. I think sending them again in 3-4 years would be a smarter idea and improve their chances.
