One other thing that is worth mentioning about the Fant Mod is that you can connect the watercontainer to a seat, which will now function as an aircontainer. This will allow you to breath underwater as long as you are in the seat. The air in the container will fill automatic if its above the surface but will drain as you go under water. Very cool to make a submarine with propelor that can harvest clams or oil with the pump

It's not as easy as adding mods to the game. Game design is an art of its own. Axolot seems to have their vision of the game, and I'm excited to see it in the next chapter. Was just me not knowing how to pronounce it correctly, as it probably confused me how it can be pronounced in German. It's true that I didn't know about the crane wheel. But to be fair a crafting recipe for the wheel is added. So it's not a mod part, but still a part you get with the mod.
No, since mods change game files two mods can't change the same files. In this case you would have to make them work manually, but some mods have compatibility files. If you want to learn more about this l recommend checking out my how to install mods video.

No, not really. It can be a lot of trial and error to figure this out. There's the 'Rusty Fusion Modpack (rostiger-modpack)' which I think works with the fant mod. But you could join the Fant Discord and ask there. People should be able to help you there.

did you know that the player is 6 blocks tall. and a person is 6 feet tall. that means each feet is one block. that also means the player is 6 feet tall. and that again means the mannikin boot is the size of a clown shoe.
Check out my video on how to install mods. You need to overwrite game files, so if two mods need to change the same game files, it won't work, except you do it manually, but that's a bit complicated. If you want to play with lots of mods, you should be looking for a modpack.
I don't know. I mean, the modders need to add Survival support. Some mods have versions for both, I think. Try asking the creator of the mod in question.

Personally, this is very convenient as I haven't seen these oil spots just everywhere, it's harder and more time consuming to go and find one of these pools as thermal vents can be found all over the ocean. This seems more balanced to me, but as people are, your opinion is still valid and if you disagree then that's fine, I simply like the vanilla way of doing things more at this point since it feels more rewarding, that is until I've run out of things to do like Skyrim orm Minecraft.

That's what I'm wondering too. There's a lot of obvious feedback that could make the game a bit better. But to be fair, they made corn destructible because of the community, I think. I still think they could listen more to the community or inform the community with regular devblogs like it used to be. If the game updates, your world with mods will be broken. All mods would have to be updated and then there is still a chance it won't work with your save file. Maybe you can still load the world and all mod parts will be replaced with 'block not found' blocks, but that still makes everything you built useless. If two mods change the same file, you need to manually paste both changes into the file. And then there is a chance that those mods aren't compatible. But there are some people who made modpacks like this, so you don't have to.

After reinstalling, the save file was still ok, even the modded parts where still there. That was really interesting to see. Yeah, you could modify a lot of the game scripts without breaking the world, as they don't change the world itself but how you interact with it. Parts that are already in the game, which you can obtain via devmode are already in the game. They won't remove them all of a sudden. Thanks!

Yes! If the game only wouldn't be so crappy optimized and turn everything into a lagfest... The pipe that I used to pump water all the way to my farm causes lots of lag by itself.
I installed two mods (the fant mod and the fawx's garments mod) and it broke my textures. (the veggie burger looked like a red pipe piece etc). Has anyone else gotten this problem? and if so how did you fix it?

Also modding is a bit of a pain to do at times, but luckily I have a mod loader just in case

Verify the integrity of game files. Although in the case of the fant mod it's better to reinstall the game.

The pipe that I used to pump water all the way to my farm causes lots of lag by itself.
I installed two mods (the fant mod and the fawx's garments mod) and it broke my textures. (the veggie burger looked like a red pipe piece etc). Has anyone else gotten this problem? and if so how did you fix it?
If two mods overwrite the same files they aren't compatible. So most of the bigger mods aren't compatible with each other.
