From commuting to back roads to long distance touring, there is nothing like the Road King. I ride my 1998 RK all over New England here in the states. One of these days I will upgrade to a M8 equipped King. Love the scenery from Wales.

Just Found this channel 4 days ago and love it :) I only been Riding for 7 months on my UM Renagrade 125cc and love it cart wait for the Summer time, still thinking if wait a year or this year do my Direct Access and get my Full Licence
I was between the road king special and the street glide special. I went with the sgs for the fairing. It’s been great so far. There was a break in the weather the other day so I put the first 100 miles of many to come. Congrats on the new bike. She’s a beauty.
I was fingers crossed for a Road King as that's the only touring HD that rings the bell for me. Bravo to Shaw's for setting you up with one. Fair warning that it's better than 50/50 that it ends up in your personal stable. :) It's gonna be a great 2019 for you between the RK and the uber Sporty!
Keep a watch on the weather Mark did a run three years this March got caught in a snow storm on the breacon becons .A 470 road was white in seconds with lots of twisties .but it is a beautiful route through Wales .will be a great vlog

I will be interested to see how you get on with the handlebars. I have had my 2017 RKS for almost a year and I am changing the bars next week as I find the standard ones too wide and uncomfortable. John Maxwell did a video last year on changing the bars and it seems to be a common problem on this bike.
Great Tour in God’s Country! Being a Welshman I’m slightly biased. I’ve done the northern part (Rhayader up) a few times and it’s great. I hope the Weather is kind to you but get some heated gear. Are you going to post your expected points as it would be great to show up and give you some support.

Remember to check your transmission fluid. Ask Shaws about the issue. It only effects hydronic clutch models.
