I legit just found out about this place a couple days ago and here i am watching you shred down the mountain lol. Like last time definitely a next season resort for me! Also the rain is gonna suck this weekend. I hope the WV/MY mountains dont get too much damage
Great vid brotha! You should try either Camelback or Elk next (Both in PA). Both large mountians in the poconos that are fun and have a lot of variety. Keep it up!
Fantastic footage of the Omni! And the skiing looks like it’s right up my alley lol- wish I could go 😊 Glad you avoided the deer! As always very enjoyable! ❤
Man you are getting around the East Coast this season! Looks like some pretty good cruising out there and had the place all to yourself. Hoping the MA survives this big rain front moving through, it's in the 60s and pouring down here for like the next 3 days, hoping Cataloochee can maintain some of their base.
@@ADHski I'm jealous, I want to be back up there so bad, haha. They are showing 22 trails open today, but looks like they had to close Gravity down. I saw Timberline posted that it was pretty warm, but they were going to do their best to keep things going. Cataloochee looked a little rough from the webcams, but they had a 70" base going after all the snow we had down this way so hopefully they can get it back going next week.
The last thing I heard about this place was that it only had 1 slope and was mostly for beginners. I also always thought of it as kind of an "auxiliary" thing for people to do while staying at the hotel, and not the "main draw". In fact, the footage that you show early on in the clip makes that "rumour" appear to actually be true. Yet on the other hand, the slope you're skiing on closer to the end of the video seems a lot longer than I anticipated, and I am a little surprised at how "nice" that slope actually seems. But once again...I believe that most people would typically pass this place up for Whitetail or some other place up in Pennsylvania/Maryland.
Chip, glad my video portrayed your write-up, because it was exactly that. Honestly the skiing is underrated, and the lack of trails is made up by the scenery. one of the best views in the Mid-atlantic, that's for sure! those that are first timers would really appreciate the fact that no one zips by you, and you feel like you have the court to yourself to practice!
keep the smiles coming!
let's goooo. UT coming quickly!!
You’ve been going in big dog!! B rolled looked good man keep it up!
I appreciate that homie! hope you've been able to get out there this season!

Is this connected with Omni Bretton Woods in NH?
Yes! The homestead was America's first resort, 1766! crazy
Thats sick. Im going to Bretton woods next weekend. @@ADHski
let's goooo!! get some footage brother!@@JasonAndersen7
Again, very nice job with the videos. That said, Homestead's vertical is certainly not 700'. More like 580 at best, but why split hairs. ;-)
Thanks Local Hero, haha yeah I saw online 700 feet, and thought hmm. Amazing views though, place is awesome
