I wish there were this recording and more to play when I was host of "Klassisk Morgenmusik" on DR P1 from in 1978-1983. This music is refreshing, beautiful "naturalism", when one has heard all there is of well-known pieces.
@@M_SC Yes!!! but back then the same was evident, people liked to hear classical hits but also new-found "hits". After all there are so many wonderful pieces in the literature. Another problem back then was that we were not allowed to play single movements even not from barock music, which evidently had a tradition for "borrowing" and playing whatever was practical.
Wonderful playing. I am attempting to play this on the recorder to my own pre-recorded accompaniment during the lockdown.
