- This video demonstrates the Matlab simulation of bi-directional EV charger technology. Both G2V and V2G operations are combined in a single box called 'wall charger connection box.'

Throughly check on the model nd keep trying don’t loose hope. Apply your knowledge as well and for the help....someone who can sit in person with you can help you more about the solution. May be your project guide. Get more nd more discussion with him/ her.

It is very nice of u for sharing the project with us sir, I've developed the model but the Ib" value during G2v I got perfect but during V2G I getting 839A instead of 26A, can u help me where it went wrong.....I did check 6-8time but couldn't figure it out.
What should be the rate limiter setting as it is showing error in the simulation
while simulating in G2V mode I am facing distortions in the voltage and current curve of the Grid but in V2G everything seems alright, what might be the reason?

Its just Level-1/2/3 charging strategies. Level-3 falls under high voltage fast charging stations. Find some research papers on this topic and apply those parameters in this model with minor changes. I really appreciate that you have interest in this topic. Its futuristic.

@Ujash Vachhani Sir, while creating subsystem, connecting ports not getting added. A subsystem is created but the connecting ports are left out. Example connection control subsystem control discharge port numbers are out of the subsystem and the alignment of the system is hapazard. Can u pls help
Isn't it dc wallbox charger? But it seems like an on board charger! But as far i know DC chargers are not on board chargers! Could you please tell me is it dc/ac on-board/off-board or not?
Why there are two DC-DC Converters
One is buck boost and the other is DC-DC converter in wall charger connection box
in case of V2G operation why so much harmonics are there in volatge and current waveform. can u pls explain this. and how to eliminate.

Hello can I ask, I am a student and I made a simulation of solar powered vehicle using a PV array, Boost converter and DC motor. But the simulation result were wrong, that it gave a high amount of the output current as also the torque even though that the curve of speed is correct. Can you advice me what should I change!

Brother , may i know which version of matlab you are using , my university has old versions , some of my teachers are telling that you can simulate these in matlab version of 2020 , is it true or we can simulate in older versions too ?

What is the reference paper of your simulation sir. Is it possible to perform the bidirectional EV charger using solar energy
Actually there is no perfect ref paper available to simulate the whole model.
Yes it is possible with solar. But for that you need to first imagine the whole scenario for the power flow.
A battery bank in garage is needed with solar roof top. At day, excessive solar energy can be stored in battery bank from which EV can be charged and at night time energy in battery bank can be utilized to supply the house needs or can be sent back in grid.

The model is taking too much time to simulate,can you plz suggest any changes in the solver settings. I'm getting this error :
An error occurred while running the simulation and the simulation was terminated Caused by: Data logging exceeded available memory Component:Simulink | Category:Model error Cannot create variable 'tout' in workspace Caused by: Memory allocation error.

For the basics to know from where to start, you need some meetings with your project guide. Rest for the model development you can follow model in this video. Also you can refer some books or ref papers related to EVs and charging stations.

Very helpful video sir! Thank you for the detailed walkthrough! @ujashvacchani I had a query. How can we estimate time required for 20-80% SoC of 1000 Amp-hrs battery?? As For 11-80% model inverter runs on constant current but after 81% it shift to constant voltage and calcuation of time required for constant voltage is complicated unlike cc formula charging time = battery_capacity/ charging rate(from source grid)
