Trying to find the motivation to do this amount of work is extremely stressful… and knowing that your hand is on this project makes the outcome that much more worth it. All the best to you bud! Keep it going!
I used to have an '89 CRX Si back in the '90s and seeing your hard work and attention to detail with your projects have been very interesting for me! Keep up the great work and I look forward to your next video.
Completely understand losing motivation when you have something not fun you have to get done. Good job getting these steps knocked out. Great job, bro!
Really missed the regular videos, but I appreciate that sometimes when you're busy, the last thing you wanna do is spend your downtime on the grind! Top work as usual.
Seth work your magic on my 88crx si. If you restored crx's for a living.,I'd for sure would take my crx to you. And I wouldn't care how long it would take to restore. Because it would come out like it left the Honda Factory 🏭. Keep up the good work!
I have to say every time I tune in to watch what project you have going on I'm just impressed with how clean the work is, I find it really inspirational.
Appreciate you taking us along with the build progress. It looks good so far and hands down to your dedication to saving the EFs. These contents bring back nostalgia memories
Really amazed by your progression both as a car restorer an videographer. I think you should give this thing a go full time. Impressive work nonetheless, keep it up!
It’s sort of hard to do since I don’t really have a spot to get them all together, especially since two don’t even run. I will eventually do something of the sort.
Sounds right to me 😂2 weeks of sanding just to get primer down. Running right on time brother 😂😂 I can’t believe you can’t even tell the whole side was all caved in. Lookin good Seth 👌🏽
Looking great man, my dream car is a CRX lol I want one so bad and I would also like to restore mine, I will most definitely be following you on this project
Good to see you back, always look forward for your videos. Makes me want to buy an old Honda and have a go, unfortunately not as skilled as yourself. Great work as always
Nice, gotta be a great feeling getting a huge part of bodywork out of the way. I know the feeling of losing motivation, that's why i haven't touched my DA since june lol. Seeing those 92-93 hubcaps reminded me that i completely forgot to see what side the 2 i have are also lol
This is going to come out so good, I know that feeling all too well with the motivation but once you get working on it the time starts to fly and you start to enjoy it again. Do you not have to worry about any overspray around the rest of the stuff in the garage or are the particles dry by the time they land on anything and it's just dust at that point?
Hello Seth, Glad to see the motivation coming back! 😉 the fully equipped door must have been heavy, right? 😱 For safety, I prefer to undress it when it is still mounted on the chassis. Another great video, with cool musics. My next video will be on the ignition distributor...you will have to be patient 😄
bruh i dont think you have to show everything. Personally i always liked the video montages with just photos. its cool you can get some work done and chime in with details. As always great stuff. Also i LOL'd when i saw the glass cleaner, Ive been doing that for years.
Hi Seth First off I have to say for someone who doesn't do body and paint every day you are doing a amazing job I'm impressed. Now I have to tell you the reason you're seeing shrinkage is because you're using Nason products. I'm telling you 100% I dont care how long you let that stuff sit it will always do it. There sealer and epoxy primer is not good there is a reason it half the price of there competitors. It's not worth it you no how hard you have worked it get to the point of primer and sealer please trust me on this 25 years in the business I would never use that company's product for sealing or epoxy priming. They do have decent base paint for repairs or someone on a budget but that's it. Look at it this way the money you have save doing all this work yourself put it into good products. If your selling the car well then it will be someone else problem. But Crx are unicorns and we need to treat the as such.
Thanks for the info. You are probably right. Next time I do this, I’ll probably step up the product line. I guess you get what you pay for most of the time. It’s nothing a little wet sanding and buffing can’t fix in the future. Guess I better lay the clear to it!
I got the title but I haven’t registered it because it needs an inspection. I would have gotten registration but I didn’t know the wiper fuse was missing on my first inspection, so I didn’t get it. Next time the car will look nearly new and should be no issue.
When are u planning to do the interior? I mean the floor..because i need help..i wana see how i do the repair on the floor..mine a bit bend from below frame
@@crxseth alright..i guess..i need to remove all the seats and carpet..can i remove the carpet..without removing the dashboard? And may i see which video u make that remove the interior

Thanks. Hoping to keep getting closer to the finishing stages. Lots of dirty work to go.
I wish I had even half the amount of skill, patience and CRX's as you do :) Keep up the great work and content.
Thanks, I appreciate it.
Really missed the regular videos, but I appreciate that sometimes when you're busy, the last thing you wanna do is spend your downtime on the grind! Top work as usual.
Thanks for the support. It’s definitely a struggle sometimes.
Finally we got something to watch from you bro! Haha. We missed it. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Wow. I just got a CRZ and it sparked my interest in these cars. Ambitious project.
Always satisfying to see that primer coat go on.
I like to see some progress, and bodywork can be repetitive. Looks good, and I can't wait to see the finished product.
Thanks for this video… I’m in the same place with my project! Gonna get back on it. So much sanding!
Been so long, missed this series!
Looking awesome. Can’t wait till you finish
Loving the progress. Work really cuts into your day and makes you lose motivation!
I have to say every time I tune in to watch what project you have going on I'm just impressed with how clean the work is, I find it really inspirational.
Looks good, glad to see you didn't strip it down to bare metal like most do.
Appreciate you taking us along with the build progress. It looks good so far and hands down to your dedication to saving the EFs. These contents bring back nostalgia memories
I’m ready to move toward something newer and easier to “restore”. Haha.
definitely felt like my CRX content was missing from my account. Happy Holidays and nice cut too
You saving them all 🥲

I wish this paid more so I could!
You deserve lot more subscribers. Amount of work, video quality, everything is awesome.
Thank you. I appreciate it.
Welcome back!! You sure were missed.. pumped on the progress man!
Thanks! Just a little more to go. Haha.
Lookin great! Cant wait for the color reveal
It’s going to be black! Haha. I’ve always planned to keep it the original color. I even painted the engine bay in some previous videos of this car.
Love seeing this progress mate. The journey is almost as good as the destination!
Once the destination is reached, it’s over, so the journey is still a good place to be.
It begins! 💪💪💪
id love to see a video of all your cars side by side and just a story between all of them and whats done!
Its called a Fleet Check. Ive asked before, hes not into them
It’s sort of hard to do since I don’t really have a spot to get them all together, especially since two don’t even run. I will eventually do something of the sort.
My man with glass cleaner as prep spray. My hatch may only be rustoleum but windex is the best prep spray I've used
Coming along great!
Great work.....

Love the progress
Thanks! I’m glad to finally make some progress on this thing!
I just did a full color change on my 91 hb si. About half way reassembled. New found respect for paint work to this extent
Great to see a new video Seth its getting there!
Thanks! There is light at the end of the tunnel!
@@crxseth Keen to see what colour you go for. My guess white or red
@@hadynmcloughlin4661 I’ve said it in a few past videos, and I’ve already painted the engine bay, so it’s already been given away. Haha.
Great video!
Looks good 👍
Never ever say you lost motivation !
I got close to losing it all!
The car came out looking 🔥🔥🔥 keep us posted brotha on the IG
Good job bro....i'am from Indonesia👍
Thanks for joining along!
I've restored a CB Accord on my channel and I'm crazy to see how similar all these 90s Hondas are, regardless of what chassis

Seeing all that work in front of you is definitely discouraging. But once you step over it, excitement for the finished product.

Thanks! These doors came off another car, so they were never mounted on this particular car. They were heavy!

Once this is all done, I’ll make another montage video. My last one got 2.7 million views!
Progress is better than no progress.

I get it, body work is so tedious! That’s why these body shops want 10 k to paint a CRX.

Great work! Genuine curious, why use glass cleaner on the sanded body?
It cleans it and doesn’t leave residue. Shout out to @Paint Society
💪🏻💪🏻
Glass cleaner is good to use on panels before primer/paint?
Paint Society recommends it as a good option.
Did you see the white crx si shell for sale? Think it was in KY
Just checked and it’s no longer listed on CL
I haven’t been looking for any more cars lately. I need to offload a couple of my own soon. Haha.
How many coats of primer? Just one?
Dang where you been? Forgot you were a youtuber 😂
That’s what I was afraid of!
Off topic but i was wondering how or if you had any issues registering this vehicle.
I got the title but I haven’t registered it because it needs an inspection. I would have gotten registration but I didn’t know the wiper fuse was missing on my first inspection, so I didn’t get it. Next time the car will look nearly new and should be no issue.
