Im a proud "road-side" logger myself, it's where most of my wood pile comes from. There's no adrenaline rush quite like not knowing if you're on private property or not, lol.
No, I hate dealing logs piled on top of each other as I don't have the equipment to stage them on the ground and parallel to each other and 3' apart. I prefer pre-cut 16" blocks as I am picky on what I buy
Hey Joe, put a Big round near the tailgate flat on the ground, then roll the big pc. up on top of it. Don't have to lift, roll them into the truck. Save your back.
"Joe's Foamy, Er...I mean Premium Firewood" Or maybe you prefer "Joe's Premium Ditch wood". I swear I am a fan, Joe, but you need to drop "premium" from your business name. Sincerely, you are a hustler, entertainer, business man, and great you tuber. However, I remain unconvinced that you sell "premium" firewood. I do, however , support you and your channel, subscribe and "like" your videos. I get a different perspective from your channel that I truly appreciate, not hate. Mean it.
That would all be "Mom" wood over here, just not consistent enough to sell even for campfire wood and I always need more to burn anyway. Nothing wrong with snarfing it out of the ditch as long as you don't get hit by a distracted driver.
She got two wheelbarrow loads out of it. About 5 pieces were boiler wood. If it's in someone's yard of course I'll ask permission to cut, but if it's in ditch next to road in middle of no where and there for 2+ months I'll grab it if it's a desirable species and in decent shape.
Joe's Firewood Videos II Mike spices the videos up...especially his good natured humor... I always pick guys that like to have fun work with me ! Makes a day’s work go by fast like play. Lol

Now that’s funny 😆.
Do you ever buy a full load of logs and process it from there? Or just the blocks that you bring back and split.

Good looking stuff 👍
That's a great find. So nice when they are conveniently located at the roadside for easy pick up.
If we didn’t harvest it, it would’ve became ant 🐜 housing or termite food.
Yes, some nice fire wood
Bang a wedge in on the top cut, to stop the nipping on the bar. That saw has a tough life 😃
Yeah I always forget to bring one.
Nice load of ash Joe! ( and Mike )
Thanks Roland.

I have did that before Stan.
I hit the sub button. Have you ever used a jonsered saw. I think it's a step up on the stihl saws. Well the old ones lol
Nope, never tried one of those.
According to the saw dust comming from mikes saw it looks solid.
It was solid enough
Fire wood is one thing, project wood is another, I would be Leary of making handles from it!
Hi Joe good that you cleaned up the highways. And thats heavy wood keep up the work.👍👍👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
Won't do it on a highway or any busy road. We also went at time when there was low traffic volume.
Great job Joe 👍
Did you check out the dry one ready to fall on the bank?
Not sure what you're talking about.
Joe there’s a dead one standing up over mikes truck.
Throw that right into my outdoor wood boiler Joe. Nice clean up guys!
Too nice for boiler wood
Great find, Joe. Greetings to Mike!
Good find....nothing like a load of grab-n-go firewood! 👍
Yep! 👍🏻. See you in your live stream tonight unless I am deep into my online poker tournament
Idaho Hillbilly calls it ‘Welfare Wood’, lol
What chain are you using on the STIHL.
Full chisel non skip tooth.
Good clean up video Joe - grab and go.
The easiest $40 that Mike has ever made.
how do I get in the firewood sellers Facebook group?
Send a request and answer the security questions.
Thanks
Great team work guys keep on splittin 🇺🇸🤑

The customer (a camp ground) that it went too wants bone dry wood, they don't care if it's pine so long as it's easy to burn.
great job mike, as usual. lucky joe was there to help !!!!!
I volunteered Jeff
@@JoesFirewoodVideosII common you guys are closer that employee and boss, you guys are a good team.
Nice find took you for ever to up load it we all voted load it now 😀I see y his back hurts
Go and ask about that wood on the other side Joe 👍🍻
That wood was pretty roached, but I am sure the campground would love it.

Opportunity was knocking and Joe answered the door! 👏👏👏
Yep. Hate to see it go to waste.
If it’s on the side of the road laying for a long time you shouldn’t half to ask to take, I think at that point no one cares about it laying there
EXACTLY! I hate seeing it become termite food or ant housing.
That's gonna put out some firewood.
Mike rocks! I thought Mike got another Truck?
Delivered to one of my campgrounds ⛺️ today
Joe on the thumbnail photo Mike looked like the Mona Lisa Lol.
LOL I don't know about that?
Lol joe tell mike lol like to see mikes reaction.
Gotta feature Mike more often!!!..... Gary on the east side
highwatercircutrider
It was first time that he worked for me in 11 days

He can’t feature mike if he isn’t there to work.
Roadside Wood is the best wood
Free wood is almost as good as free beer.
Once cut and split it was worth $125
Better than becoming termite food or ant 🐜 housing
Moving ash is illegal mate but I dont think anyone cares except when you have to get it removed for 2500k. 🙃 Burn the bugs
Moving across state lines is illegal.
@@JoesFirewoodVideosII not to many campers camp at home. Just something your should inform about.
Big rounds
Not too big, one person could lift all of them
@@JoesFirewoodVideosII
I would have split a few of them
That's why mike has back problems lifting the big ones by him self. They been trimming trees along the road where I live time to get that wood
Yep you’re probably right
Seems like it’s been lying there for awhile!
It's been standing dead for like 5 years. Only been down 2-3 months
Finders keepers
You can say that again
Easy pickings.
That Log is Rotten. Poor Fire Wood.
It was fine for the campground that I took it to.
