I love both designs. Great work! If I had to pick one as a favorite I'm leaning towards the Mk2. I'm not exactly sure why that happened, but with time, as I age and hone my knife skills, I learned to appreciate the value of a compact blade. Sub 10 cm, or even sub 8 cm. Some time ago I saw a Cold Steel neck knife, of which I really liked the blade geometry and absolytely hated the handle. So I sketched a model based on the CS 's original neck knife which turned out to be something very similar to the FTP knife that you showed here. I never made the knife I sketched, I didn't find a slim stock of metal. You see, I my head this has to be a slim blade - anywhere from 2,2mm to 2,5mm thick. Now, after watching this video I feel motivated to dust off the old drawings and get some things done! :D
All of your efforts look outstanding, I am very partial to the FTP, one of these days! So glad the bushcraft show was a success.😊 Thanks for your hard work Rob!
@@RobEvansWoodsman Well, I can only afford to buy one a year, so it will probably be a while before I can do another. Hopefully you will have one next year available. 😊
Exceptional work, mate! 👍 Simply awesome, each one. So bizzare though, but that red-handled FTP visited me in my dreams last night and taught me the mysteries of feather-sticking. That Fan-Freaking-Tastic Puukko calls to me..😜
@@RobEvansWoodsman among other things, probably to hide your wallet, save your money, tell Mickey to shove off, and instead buy bushcraft gear. Am I close?
Dude, do you think you might be under selling your self with the video title? This is You Tube. Maybe a title like, 4 fantastic bushcraft knives for June 24. Or 4 Sweet bushcraft knives for June...my best work yet?
If you cant say anything nice or constructive please don't say anything at all, that's just plain rude for the sake of being rude, I'm just showing my work so that people who want to order a knife can see options, I'm not trying to rip anyone off. It was my feathersticks last time now my knives!
They are fantastic Rob, absolutely amazing designs.👍🏻
Yet more beauties Rob 👌
Beautiful stuff, Rob. I love those FTP’s.
The O1 FTP with Natural Canvas Micarta is stunning 🙂. Love it 👍
Thank you

Black and white liners under green Micarta would have been fitting for 6/6. A D.Day commemorative, could have auctioned it off.
Those FTP look awesome mate 🤙

Beautiful craft

@@RobEvansWoodsman You’ve gotta be pulling my leg!!!! For me? Really? Dreams really do come true, and not just at Disneyland. 😁

No but I like the way you think.
Excellent work as always!
Fantastic. What part of South Wales? Do you ever offer sharpening training?
Carmarthenshire.
I have plenty of sharpening videos available, there's a sharpening playlist.
You're welcome to have lessons in person £30per hour .
@@RobEvansWoodsman Shame. Abit far down from me.
Do you make these sheaths yourself? The leather and kydex both?
Yes

I'm not a social media whore!
@@RobEvansWoodsman I get that, but your channel is comepeting for views from channels run by people who are. Just a thought...
Thanks, I appreciate your support.
You obviously don’t need to advertise your products. I really don’t understand why I’m watching this crap. Get back to basics!

Is there a point to your comment, Colin? I mean other one besides showing just how lame you are.
Nice to see your work at the bushcraft show. I liked the white handled knife Rob. 🏕🍻
