The only small remnant was the Nationalist Party under Chiang Kai-shek and they had to flee to Taiwan because Communism took over China. China lost more people in WW2 than any other single Country! They lost on every conceivable measureable metric! 3-4 million Military deaths and 20 million+ civilian deaths China Lost more than Anyone!
