- Here is how you can start your car wrapping business just start wrapping chrome trims, usually I charge for a chrome delete between 200 and 500 $ depending on how many chrome pieces have the car. For example, ive wrapped the chrome trims from the Mercedes CLA in less than an hour on both sides and I charged for that $350. You can do this in your garage and even outside on a sunny day.

He does this everyday. It’s his living. His first wrap was probably very amateur. My cousin bought a few rolls of wrap and re wrapped his chrome trims, until they looked flawless. He now does this for a living. He kept practicing on his same car. I’m going to do the same as my cousin. He shown me the basics. It’s up to me, if I can perfect the technique. My cousin rents a storage unit & works out of that. He’s making £200 per day. 9am-5pm. Easy life 😎
Yo fam, best video yet on chrome delete, especially how you approached the edges. What's your opinion on approaching the chrome under the side mirrors on a bmw 7 series? Take the mirror or trim off?

Man, I just took my car to a shop to get chrome delete. Wasn't happy with the job they did so took it back and shop owner agreed and redid it.. Came out the same way and it took them 8 hours. Not even close to the quality of work you showed in this video. Good work!

Noticed that you lay the middle section then heat and stretch the ends. Other people I've seen lay the end, then stretch the middle without heat then lay the other end and finally heat it to shrink the vinyl tight. Pros and cons of each method?

The first video i found that showed how to do the inner sides of the chrome trims (the side you see when you open the door).
Most videos just show the start then cut that part :(

Only thing I hate about vinyl wrap is its not flat. Wishing there was ones that don't have this bumpy texture to it so it looks like actual flat paint.

If you do the install property It will not start to peel off, you need to remove after 5-6 years

Original Black Chrome trims are deteriorating fast because the chemicals used in washing products

No, from high up you will never see all the creases and bubbles from not heating up. Living in a high rise building is the best excuse for not doing it well

Carbon fiber trim takes even more of a skill. Can't use a heat gun on that. It's a perfectionist skill

It depends where your shop is locate, for example in Swiss this will cost you 500 euro

Post heating is very important, if you don't do that the vinyl will shrink to the original shape
