      Thanks for your comment. With the wildflowers you only have to water them for the first few weeks to get them established. After that they grow all on their own. The only time I water them after they have been established is if we got a long period without rain. If you get rain often you may not need to water as often.

    One question though, how long it took from seed germination to flowering? Wondering if sawing them now in June will flower this summer? Thanks again 🎉❤

    Do the packets state what zone they are for and if they are perenials or annuals?

    • @LifeIsMessyImLearningAsIGrow
      @LifeIsMessyImLearningAsIGrow  7 дней назад +2

      Yes it does. Unfortunately I do not rennet what zones but I am in zone 7 and they worked for me. The box says it includes a blend of both perennials and annuals. I planted them about three years ago now and the perennials just bloomed again. Well some of them. Different ones appear at different times throughout the spring/summer.

    What time of year did you plant the seeds? Guessing spring. I see most say you should start in the fall. I'd rather not wait. Also, where are you located?

    • @LifeIsMessyImLearningAsIGrow
      @LifeIsMessyImLearningAsIGrow  Месяц назад +2

      I planted them in Spring a little later then was recommended for spring planted but it all still worked out great. The second season more variety of flowers grew we had not seen the year before and I assume it is because I had planted them late. Either way I got a great variety of flowers all spring / summer long now. Hope this helps. Just plant them! I hope you enjoy the garden!

      @@LifeIsMessyImLearningAsIGrow .. Thank you. One more question. I just bought 2 packets of wildflower blend from the dollar store. I was thinking of putting them.up my hill where the grass is no longer growing. Was the blend invasive at all and spreading in places you did not want them to spread?
