I remember 1 time I fell off a cliff in Far Cry 2 and when I healed my dude pulled a fucking bullet out of his thigh with some pliers.. I had to pause the game because I almost threw up from laughing so hard. FC2 will always be a weird flawed masterpiece for me
if you ever plan on replaying the game you should use the always critical healing mod, even if you are not low the heal will be a badass animation, it will still take a syringe tho

One of my favorite games ever, in hard difficulty, it's very realistic, I mean, you need to take advantage of the terrain and gain some high positions, even you can pass missions stealthy mode, hard but very satisfying.
Far cry 2 is pretty near to horrible. It didn't had any story at all while far cry 3 is everyone's favourite far cry game, the story was awesome, not to mention that no one wants far cry 2 remaster, I don't know how people like that game it's just awful

Ah good old far cry 2. One of the most immersive games I've ever played. Running through a dense jungle that sounds alive and real, then gearing up at a safe house before a mission and carefully sneaking into an enemy base whilst dealing with malaria and gun degradation all made this game feel so real. Sniping enemies was so much fun, explosives and fire were incredibly. The buddy system and experience was really nice and and the Jackle was a really interesting character. All these things made you feel like you were knee deep into something immense and it was brutal as hell at times and a real challenge on the hardest difficulty. If anyone hadn't played far cry 2 before i would highly recommended.
yeah the feel in this game is not like other far cry games. i hope ubisoft bring back realistic far cry like 2. no stupid enemys, no healthbars, no wall vision, nice ragdoll physics, trees physics, fire, clear hud. i hope far cry games has gore too

RGaming farcry has never been about being 'creepy' what're you on about. Your memories are from being a little kid scared by violence, nobody else views is that way.
What a phenomenal experience, the enemy AI engages you whenever they see a chance, mostly from long distances and from concealed positions, if you are close they will spread and try to surround you, so aggressive and brutal in the higher difficulties. Love the ruthless nature of the game with it's amazing mechanics of weapon degradation and malaria that creates a enemy within yourself, the world doesn't help you in any way, you are alone and in danger at all times. Love the way the game simply doesn't take you out of the world if you want to navigate and know where you are, you have a map and a handheld GPS to your use, you have no HUD or mini map either, forcing you to be extremely careful and aware of your surroundings at all times, simply a fantastic and quite realistic combat experience, combined with the spine chilling soundtrack, it is easily my favorite Far Cry game. This game shows you that there is no fun or glory in war, only the horror and the fear for your life, with the instinct to keep on surviving. Amazingly done masterpiece.
I had a moment like these too. I was just driving on the road, minding my own business when I saw some dude charging towards me in a yellow car, obviously with the intent of making me lose some blood. I just stopped, exited my car and waited for him with a shotgun. He stopped and jumped out of his car, and was like "And now you will d--" BOOM It was such a "call an ambulance... but not for me" moment, I've been laughing over it for almost half an hour 🤣
Funniest thing I saw in 49.5 hours of finishing the game was a jeep revving flat out towards me. I sidestep and the jeep goes right over a small cliff into the river. I watch both guys drown without a shot fired.
The best far cry, for its age it beats the hell out of fc3-5. Whoop de doo for wing suits, grappling hooks, and unbelievable characters. You can’t argue with fc2’s environmental mechanics and it’s gritty mature (believable) theme. Hopefully someday we will have another game like this. Did I mention this was 10 years old??

What if while you did your takedowns, you could have another random chance takedown where one option could be where you spin them round and you blow a little bit of drug smoke into their faces and it would have three different effects. One would be them thinking their leader is dissapointed in them, making them kill themself. Another option would be them thinking their allies are wild animals. The final option would be them thinking their allies are enemies.
