Had it been known that the Minons are meant to follow the most evil of villains, El Macho could have persuaded them to join him instead of minon-napping, since at the time, Gru was no longer a villain.
I think they only stayed because gru was the nicest of the villans they served and in the third despicable me movie they all left gru to work for his brother except for 3 minions

Vector pretty much served his sentence; he was imprisoned on the moon for the rest of his life
Considering he had no food or water and pretty much only a bubble of oxygen, I doubt his sentence there would be very long.

Vector also gets smuggling for getting the pyramid out of Egypt. Painting it blue has to be vandalism of the highest order--unless there actually is a charge for desecrating a national monument. It's also got to be illegal for him to own so many missiles and arm a civilian residence with them. And what he did with the girls also qualifies for taking a hostage.
El Macho - you forgot that it was a bank vehicle he stole, so that's a bank robbery charge too. Is there any type of charge for unlawful experimentation? Because what he did to the minions qualifies. I'd also call mutating the bejesus out of them to be mutilation.
Bratt - trespassing onto the boat. Doesn't ripping Gru's clothes off count as sexual assault, not just regular assault?
Adding onto Vector, I don't think the weird stick aircraft he used to steal the shrink ray or the flying saucer he launched from his house are registered, or if he has a license, so add Unregistered Aircraft x2 and Flying without a License x2 on the list

- How I'll lower her sentence: Ultimately Gru forgave her and married her, plus the Kidnapping was part of her Job

More like crimes against humanity
Technically, neither Gru not Dru were employed by the AVL when they trespassed on Balthazar's lair. Dru had the full intention of stealing the diamond, while Gru wanted it to get back into the AVL. So Balthazar wouldn't be charged with Assaulting Officials for those two.
Vector's crimes: You can also make the case that this is negligence towards him saving Margo.
El Macho's crimes: You can make the case that this is animal murder and not cruelty towards the shark El Macho rode to his own "death". This is also mass mutilation for the Minions getting injected by the substance.
Balthazar Bratt's crimes: One thing. This is him knowing that the girls would die by falling from the building getting pushed by the blowing gum. This is him having premeditation on what would happen to them and therefore will result in three child negligence homicide attempts or three child murder attempts. Also this is not just terrorism. It could've caused many homicides from the lazer for all we know. So this was him domestically terrorizing Hollywood. It will go down as domestic terrorism.
