Today Recipe is Mudakathan Keerai Chutney.
Mudakathan Keerai is well known home remedy for Joint Pains. We call it Balloon vine in English. As you can see this plant is a climber with fruit like balloon but we usually don't take those fruits for cooking. Only we use those leaves for making dosa or thuvayal or Chutney even we make soup Recipe too out of those leaves.

Hi Friends, basically mudakathan keerai kasappu thanmai vaindhadhu, namma adhulla ingredients add seiyuradhula kasappu thanmai maarum. Yenga garden la mulacha mudakathan sattru kasappu thanmai kuraivu . Neenga keerai yoda kasappu thanmaiya poruthu ingredients add pannuga. Rembha kasapa thonuchuna add more chillies and coconut. If u add kothamalli also taste will be good. Indha keerai very good for health. Weekly once or two weeks once serthukonga. Thanks for sharing ur feedback Friends.

Basically Mudakathan keerai kasappu thanmai udaiyadhu, Edathukku thagundha maari keerai yoda thanmai erukkum pa, fresh ah erukkumpodhe konjam taste pannipaarunga before cooking. Rembha kasapa thonuchuna add more chillies and coconut. If u add kothamalli also taste will be good. Mudakathaan keerai very good for health. Try to have once in a week atleast. Hello madam.. Chutney romba kasapa eruku athu la potha INCRIDENSE la waste ahh pochu 🙁🙁
Basically Mudakathaan keerai kasappu dhaan dear, namma adhula serkura green chilli or red chilli dhaan taste ah maatri kudukkum. And also adding coconut also changes its taste to little extent. Full ah kasappu thanmai ya maatra mudiyadhu oru kasappu kalandha mixed taste la nalla erukkum pa. Pavakkai la erukkum kasappu, valappu la erukkira thuvarppu etc namma yennadhan niraya ingredients potalum adhan basic taste erukka dhaan seiyyum appadi pola dhaan ma. Indha chutney um konjam kasappa dhaan erukkum, neenga next time chilli ya konjam kududhala serthu paarunga pa and add coconut more. Mudakathan very good for health so andha kasappa mind pannama weekly or two week once saapdunga. Chutney pidikalena dosai, soup appadi try pannuga dear😊

First fresh ah light ah taste panni paarunga appo adhan thanmai ya poruthu chillies and coconut ah add pannuga. Indha keerai very good for health. Weekly once and two weeks once serthukonga 😊
The chuty is so bitter. We can't eat. What we can do to avoid bitter taste
Basically Mudakathan keerai tastes bitter dear, bitter strongness depends on the soil they grow. Add more coconut and chillies either green or red both will work. We can add more of coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger and garlic too. Even we can add urad dhal more as it is good for health too. Adding additional ingredients wont completely change its bitterness but will taste better and nice. Same as bitter gourd. Mudakathan keerai is very good for health, plz try to add in ur food chart atleast once in two weeks. Thanks for ur msg ma😊
