Yeah... this sucks, I was kinda tricked into buying it, but I actually sat down and tried to recoup some losses by kind of fixing it.
First off, the neck is loose, you can pop it in to make it look decent.
The paint on the visor is horrible, it gets in the way of her eyes, I took it off.
Then the visor is not positioned correctly, I took it off and then glued it in where it should be.
The joint in one of her knees was facing the wrong direction, I turned it over.
Actually, a lot of stuff was in the wrong direction, I basically had to disassemble her and put it back together.
I am NOT gonna spend any more time with this thing, but after tweaking it a bit, I can at least put her in the farthest corner of my shelf... maybe.
And I got this RIGHT after buying the actual Zero Suit Samus, so you can imagine the whiplash, OMG.
It's been a day since I said I wouldn't touch this figure, but I did some more touch ups, mainly regarding those disgustingly placed blue energy thingies in her chest, I cut their pins so that they'd fit better.
But then I had a rather obvious idea... What if I took Samus's extra head, and put it in this body? After all, the head was the worst part due to how small it was.
Oh my god, now I feel like I bought a DLC for the Samus figure, it looks good, mainly because Tracer's outfit is an amalgamation of stuff that Zero Suit Samus has worn in the past:
- Brown jacket from the federation.
- Black belts around her chest and butt from flashbacks.
- Orange referencing her other Zero Suit from Fusion.
- White tech stuff from Dread.
Seriously, out of the box it does suck, but after a few touch ups and putting an actual figma head on her that makes sense, it ended up looking pretty good.
Just push the head and neck down.

There are times the bootleg is -better- than the official one. Transformers being a great example, half the price, upscaled and improved not only that but better quality sometimes.

The giraffe Tracer
Well I found a fix for the neck. Pop it out and remove the joint entirely then pop the neck back in. Its still a bit long (1-2 mm), but its more human proportions and tight enough its not going to fall out.
