The bedroom seems smaller than the other 2-room flats that I have seen and the entrance of the bedroom seems narrower because of the toilet standing in the way. I feel that the popped up coffee table isn't high enough/ergonomic for work. The tiffany colour theme is nice though I prefer it combined with white rather than wood so that the space looks brighter and bigger.
Thanks for the comment! For aesthetic purposes, the video is cropped/zoomed in a little to exclude fringe details, so that might explain why it feels that way. The coffee table isn't meant for long-term work, just as a demo to show the multi-state furniture of the home. We and the owner absolutely love the Tiffany colour scheme as well! We affectionately call this unit our ocean seafoam house

What is the width and length of the kitchen? It's quite amazing that you can squeeze a tall unit and a small cabinet on the other side too.
This is too small maybe enough for 1 person....but 40k is very x
Yeah I don’t like the style too. Cheapo laminate kind of feel throughout. The color & style don’t look classy..
