I’m so happy I found this video! I’m so excited to order these and try them out. I have such bad anxiety about my ears and I actually saved up and paid £3,000 for the surgery but it didn’t work. The feeling I had at the beginning when they were flat to my head was amazing I felt so confident and happy within myself but they slowly just came back forward again over time so I’m trying to find something else to pin them back and be able to wear my hair up again without feeling horrible

I had the same thing done. They came back snd now doctor said he can do it again for half the price but he said no guarantee because the top of ear is soft as might not be sturdy enough to hold up so now I feel like I’m back to square one. There is a new surgery now, easier, but still pricey, they use general anaesthetic into the ear and cut and place this like metal thing, and then they shape it to where you like it, and it holds the ears back and can be removed in future if wanted
You're brave for doing these videos. You're also pretty the way you are but I understand what you go through and it's fair to wear something like this if it makes you feel good.

Your ears stick out during your infant years due to soft pillows and bedding and end up staying that way. The best way to solve this issue is for parents to properly wrap up your ears before bedtime. This is happening to my newborn daughter so I was thinking of using the infant version of this product to help reshape the ears. Infants skulls are soft and malleable so they stay permanently if you keep at it until they are a year old.
Wow this is new. I know of people who have ears that stick more away from their head. You look fine to me but it's okay to use them.

I also have just one ear that sticks out. Someone hooked my ear while fishing one time, had to go to the hospital. I shoulda ripped it out but I was 11 at the time. Then later on the hospital's equipment wasn't cleaned properly and gave me staff infection in the blood stream. Almost killed me(literally). Much expense and a pick line for 12 weeks. But I couldn't wrestle so I joined boxing after the pick line was out and I still had a sore ankle from the infection. I amateur boxed at a boxing gym and went around the midwest competing and did very well. I fully recovered and wrestled my whole life and then got cauliflower slightly in the one ear lol. I've been teased and picked on about it my whole life. But I learned to stay positive about it cause it has kept me a genuine nice person. But there are times that I'd like to screw it into my skull cause it gets in the way lol but it's made me who I am today and I am thankful and blessed

The problem with mine is, it only lasts for one day. Whenever I go to sleep with it on, the next morning I wake up and it's not there anymore.
It is really important to clean the area behind the ear fully with regular soap or an alcohol based cleanser. It must be totally free of oils and moisture for Otostick to work effectively. Also, do not touch the adhesive surfaces with your fingers before applying. This should help Otostick to stay in place for up to 7 days.

Water and sweat are not a problem, but you may find some recommendations to combat them useful:
1. Clean the ear area with an astringent product, such as 70º alcohol before applying the concealer and let it dry. In this way we will help to eliminate the accumulated fat in this area of the ear, which is frequent.
2. Fix the corrector first to the ear and then wear it to the head without straining the ear.
3. Make sure that you do not leave any hair under the concealer, because if so, it facilitates the leakage of water or sweat, which will make it peel off.
4. Once positioned, gently press your head on the ear for a few seconds.
5. Do not let the concealer protrude from the ear, because it will have the same effect as in the previous case, it would facilitate detachment, as it gets dirty and allows water and sweat to leak.
6. Also, do not place the piece on the area of the head and ear fold, that is, the area that imminently joins the head and the ear, because you may notice some discomfort.
7. When removing the correctors, keep a margin of rest of one day before placing the next ones and during this period it is advisable to hydrate the area. Despite hydrating the area the day we have to rest, we must not forget to remove all the accumulated fat again before placing the correctors again.
Recommendations:
1. Do not leave hair under the concealer. In this way, the concealer would come off more easily, since we leave a space caused by the hair that causes the filtration of water and sweat.
2. Do not place any of the ends of the corrector on the crease between the ear and the head, that is, the fold that immediately joins the head and the ear at the back of it. THE CORRECTOR MUST ALWAYS BE PLACED ON A FLAT SURFACE.
3. Wait 4 hours after the correct placement of Otostick, and later you can get them wet or practice sports or physical activity that causes sweating.
