I love Gil so much. When I discovered that he was Betty's brother I SCREAMED!!
It took 20 years but I finally have my favorite T-Bird of all time. Johnny will always have my heart but with this show I can have the kind of character development that I never got with the movies (even if Johnny has one but still, it's a movie). Gil Rizzo is funny, mischievous, smartass, protective and sweet and obliging. He's my type and I love him. I could talk about him forever. One more thing that I love about him is that he's in love with his best friend's sister!! And what a better trope to fall in love with a character, right? Okay, I'm gonna shut up now but I CAN'T WAIT FOR EPISODE 8 ON THURSDAY!! I could cry just by imaging what's gonna happen. Gil is probably gonna ask Olivia to go to the dance with him and I'm gonna cry like baby, I just know it. Or maybe they won't go to the dance together but he will tell her how he feels about her. I want them to talk about that creepy teacher and I want him to tell her that she deserves to be someone's first choice and that he wants to be with her. Okay, I'm gonna shut up now for good because I'm making myself cry.
