When i was a girl, i always went to church every Friday. But due to this pandemic, the church was closed and i didn't pray at home either. I somehow felt depressed, lost and alone. I thought i had nobody. But when i came across this hymn on youtube, i Finally realized how much the Lord suffered just to get rid of ny sins, nobody would do that act of kindess for anybody. Eventually i started praying and actually i started going to church (the church is in another village and it's open) Eventually i picked myself back up! Now, i am the girl i am now, a Strong, Amazing one, all because of the lord, my God.
I guess I'm what you call a new believer. I went to a church about 6-7 years ago, but we stopped going because my parents didn't like it. A few months ago, I was having doubts about Gods existence, and my life was falling apart. I was depressed and I was cutting, I had around 20 cuts before my friend invited me to her church, I loved it and I kept going. I know Jesus has saved me and my scars are fading along with my depression and pain. I will be baptized soon and I am VERY excited!!! I'm very thankful that my friend invited me to her church, if she didn't, I probably would have committed suicide. I am also thankful for the lord forgiving me, if you are going through something, go to church, the lord WILL help you through it!!! 👼🏼

So sorry, I do too a lot ( had a lot of spiritual ,emotional , mental & some physical abuse most of my life & it takes a toll. The abuse is over/I'm away from it but the effects are with me, but that's fading too. One day at a time. One foot in front of the other , each time it's dragging me down I have to purpose to cling to God & move AHEAD with Him, paying close attention to the blessings in my life & those in the suffering, from the suffering, and though it seemed it would never end, went on & on & on , & on some more, & while they're still ongoing heartbreak & loneliness from it, He DID get me out of it & brought me to a place of peace & rest. Sorry, didn't mean to get into all my stuff !!! Anyway, please always hang in there, I want to meet you in heaven !! Just think of the AWESOME singing & music we'll be doing there, & I'll even be able to hit the notes !!!!!!!!!

I'm a Newport greens smoker. This video had an ad played before it starts and I wondered why would a Christian song need ads. Guess what, the ad was about diseases caused by menthol cigarettes. Jesus give me the courage to quit smoking!!!
I was thinking the same thing. I mean, they could use the money they get from the adds in their church, but should they really do that? I guess I forgot that Romans 8:28 applies to literally everything. I hope and pray you will be able to quit smoking.
You have taken the first step acknowledgement and a crying out to God. Be healed in the name of Yeshua Jesus. I see you as a new creation in Christ. I smoked a pak a day. Now I walk as if a cigarettes never touched my lips. He did it for me and He will do it for you. You may waste a lot of cigs. Everytime I put one to my mouth I would take a puff and put it out. Each time I would ask God to give me His grace to do what I could not do. One day I was amazed because the desire the need for a cig was gone gone gone. He may just plain take it all away right now. He loves you and He tells us we dont have to be anxious for anything. You are a servant of the Most High God. Know His love for you!
A few months ago I went to Bethel Church and got prayed for because of my constant stomach pain as well as anxiety, stress, fear, and emetephobia. While I was getting prayed for I started crying because God was telling the woman things that I really needed to hear, like that he is proud of me, and I am special to Him. My stomach pain was still continuing until the second time I got prayed for and I have not been having constant stomach pain anymore. I am also less stressed and fearful. Praise God I love Him so much♥♥♥

My story in a few sentences: Went to church with my parents as a child. Then lost my faith in God for years. Had false friends who were not there for me. One day, I realized that this kind of life sucks. I went to church again and got the faith back. I even got a trainee as a bible teacher. In the middle of this education, I came to hospital. Doctors said that there is a tumor in my head. I thought my life would be over, but I survived. After finishing the education, I was working a few years until I got ill again because of a tumor in my stomach. I survived the operation again and went on working. Unfortunally the tumor just came back a third time. I just hope that something can be done. After all, I still believe in Jesus.

I believe you feel His pull and leading in your life...just open up your heart and ask for His forgiveness and healing, and invite Him to live in your heart. We are so caught up with securing everything for ourselves. I lost everything I put security in and it taught me so much about trusting God in everything just as the bible says to 'Trust in the Lord with all our might' . It's actually "Everything I once held dear, I count it all as loss". The words on the video are wrong. And that's from Philippians 3 where Paul says that all the things the world considers gain (such as being a "good" person religiously, and a good birthright, etc) are all actually loss compared to the excellency of knowing Jesus Christ. Everything else is dung/rubbish. All else that we might hold dear is actually a loss to us, not a gain. If you change it to "lost", then the opposite is "found" and that's not the point.

I grew up in a Christian household, I’m a 16 year old teenage girl I found myself drifting away from God and not believing in him anymore these past couple of years I know that I’m not perfect and that none of us are I am into metal music and dressing dark and I even had thoughts abt becoming a Satanist or getting into spirituality but besides that, I smoked weed a few weeks ago it gave me a very bad high and bad hallucinations that still give me PTSD and bad thoughts, a few hours ago I was having really really bad thoughts and I was freaking out I then remembered that my aunts told me to download to the Bible app so I did once I opened it and did a lesson the prayer told me exactly what I was going through and feeling I immediately told my aunt and mom and I was balling my eyes out I can’t figure out why I started crying so much I assume we’ll actually I don’t assume I KNOW that God has spoken to me and he’s ready to change my life for the better and so am I, I’m ready to give my life to him again ❤ and the reason I’m on this music video commenting is because I texted my aunt about it and she told me to listen to this song and I love it it’s beautiful ❤

I'm battling a chronic illness. Tonight I got the worst pain on my legs. I got up and this song was on my mind. I thought about the cross. I got up and walked through the pain. My soul felt like the enemy was laughing at my pain. I began to meditate and focus not on my pain but our fathers great promises. The enemy didn't win this fight. God is good, will lead us to righteousness. God let your will be done.

Jesus lead me to the cross where countless rivers of blood were poured out. Where you skin was ripped and torn apart. Where your bones were shattered all over your body. Where the crown of thorns was placed upon your piercing and stabbing into your skull. Where insults were thrown at you. Where you were whipped over and over again. Where nails where slammed into your hands and feet. Where you took on the worlds sin at that cross and bore an abundance of physical and spiritual pain. Fellow Christians, what a gift it is for our Lord and Savior, The King of Kings, The Lord of Lords, who is higher than us would die such an unimaginable death for our sins so we can be washed white as snow. I am trying TRYING to find my faith in God, I pick up my bible a time or two to read a scripture or two, but my mind can not wrap around the fact that God loves me, I tell myself that I believe in GOd I tell GOD that I believe in him I believe he sent jesus to this earth for me, I praise God a time or two when I feel guilty for not thanking him.. I lost my mother when I was 16 yrs old to lung cancer then my father to the same cancer when I was 17. I jjust cant understand how someone can look at me and say that they love me unconditionally that they can forgive me of all that I do...that they will save my life and that theres more then this world were in now. I hope that's not me not believing becuz I have the fear of God in my heart. I don't understand whats wrong with me. I cant seem to find a way to open up my heart to this, I feel unworthy, why me? why does GOD even recognize me or want me?? please pray I want to be a strong strong believer I want to feel loved and worthy. I have two children 7 and 9 and I want them to be believers becuz GOd has brought me thru so much. I face so many troubles of disconnects right now I failed mykids

We do grow , & purposely sin less, but our selfish flesh is with us til we die, thank our Father God that when he looks at us he sees Jesus' righteousness, our sin was condemned & destroyed on the cross, If we are "in" Jesus, we not only don't have the condemnation but we DO have HIS righteousness. I would like to ask for prayer. I have been battling depression for a very long time, and it's only gotten worse. I'm growing more suicidal every day and I feel so lost and hopeless. I've been seeking refuge in God on my own recently. But I feel a little extra help from followers who's walks are stronger than mine, and who are wiser than I am would help. Lately I've been asking God to speed up Jesus' return, pressing on the issue, not realizing that God is still waiting on millions of people to receive him. How selfish of me to long for an end of my own suffering, disregarding the suffering of my fellow brothers and my sisters. Oh Lord, please lead me to the cross and teach me how to lay down my own life for you. Please show me how to deny myself as You did for us undeserving sinners. Please remind me that I don't need to be in heaven right now to rejoice. As believers, we are already saved. We are already in heaven. We thank you Lord, with every single breath.
God said that we will go through trials and tribulations. But being human we sometimes become overwhelmed as if we can't cope. But the I remember the movie :The Passion of the Christ" and cannot even fathom how severe the Lord's punishment was in all his innocence - and I cry and feel better afterwards. I live by the fact that God said that even when we walk through the valley of death, we shall fear no evil, for he will never forsake us nor leave us. He is truly our greatest comforter and to think in him we are all overcomers cos there's no problem bigger than our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I can't think of a life b4 Christ!!! I have had the worst 22months. I have been so stressed and depressed and have been cutting and crying myself to sleep! Feeling like god doesn't care!(sounds awful right) the past 2 months I have been getting prayer personally and as a family. It ended with my brother leaving home to his dads..... but I can happily say that GOD DOES CARE! He may not sort it out straight away because your timings are different be he is there! When i was a girl, i always went to church every Friday. But due to this pandemic, the church was closed and i didn't pray at home either. I somehow felt depressed, lost and alone. I thought i had nobody. But when i came across this hymn on youtube, i Finally realized how much the Lord suffered just to get rid of ny sins, nobody would do that act of kindess for anybody. Eventually i started praying and actually i started going to church (the church is in another village and it's open) Eventually i picked myself back up! Now, i am the girl i am now, a Strong, Amazing one, all because of the lord, my God.

I guess I'm what you call a new believer. I went to a church about 6-7 years ago, but we stopped going because my parents didn't like it. A few months ago, I was having doubts about Gods existence, and my life was falling apart. I was depressed and I was cutting, I had around 20 cuts before my friend invited me to her church, I loved it and I kept going. I know Jesus has saved me and my scars are fading along with my depression and pain. I will be baptized soon and I am VERY excited!!! I'm very thankful that my friend invited me to her church, if she didn't, I probably would have committed suicide. I am also thankful for the lord forgiving me, if you are going through something, go to church, the lord WILL help you through it!!! 👼🏼

So sorry, I do too a lot ( had a lot of spiritual ,emotional , mental & some physical abuse most of my life & it takes a toll. The abuse is over/I'm away from it but the effects are with me, but that's fading too. One day at a time. One foot in front of the other , each time it's dragging me down I have to purpose to cling to God & move AHEAD with Him, paying close attention to the blessings in my life & those in the suffering, from the suffering, and though it seemed it would never end, went on & on & on , & on some more, & while they're still ongoing heartbreak & loneliness from it, He DID get me out of it & brought me to a place of peace & rest. Sorry, didn't mean to get into all my stuff !!! Anyway, please always hang in there, I want to meet you in heaven !! Just think of the AWESOME singing & music we'll be doing there, & I'll even be able to hit the notes !!!!!!!!!

A few months ago I went to Bethel Church and got prayed for because of my constant stomach pain as well as anxiety, stress, fear, and emetephobia. While I was getting prayed for I started crying because God was telling the woman things that I really needed to hear, like that he is proud of me, and I am special to Him. My stomach pain was still continuing until the second time I got prayed for and I have not been having constant stomach pain anymore. I am also less stressed and fearful. I found God this weekend and I felt closest to him when this song played
My story in a few sentences: Went to church with my parents as a child. Then lost my faith in God for years. Had false friends who were not there for me. One day, I realized that this kind of life sucks. I went to church again and got the faith back. I even got a trainee as a bible teacher. In the middle of this education, I came to hospital. Doctors said that there is a tumor in my head.
I thought my life would be over, but I survived. After finishing the education, I was working a few years until I got ill again because of a tumor in my stomach. I survived the operation again and went on working. Unfortunally the tumor just came back a third time. I just hope that something can be done. After all, I still believe in Jesus.

And that's from Philippians 3 where Paul says that all the things the world considers gain (such as being a "good" person religiously, and a good birthright, etc) are all actually loss compared to the excellency of knowing Jesus Christ. Everything else is dung/rubbish.

I grew up in a Christian household, I’m a 16 year old teenage girl I found myself drifting away from God and not believing in him anymore these past couple of years I know that I’m not perfect and that none of us are I am into metal music and dressing dark and I even had thoughts abt becoming a Satanist or getting into spirituality but besides that, I smoked weed a few weeks ago it gave me a very bad high and bad hallucinations that still give me PTSD and bad thoughts, a few hours ago I was having really really bad thoughts and I was freaking out I then remembered that my aunts told me to download to the Bible app so I did once I opened it and did a lesson the prayer told me exactly what I was going through and feeling I immediately told my aunt and mom and I was balling my eyes out I can’t figure out why I started crying so much I assume we’ll actually I don’t assume I KNOW that God has spoken to me and he’s ready to change my life for the better and so am I, I’m ready to give my life to him again ❤ and the reason I’m on this music video commenting is because I texted my aunt about it and she told me to listen to this song and I love it it’s beautiful ❤

I am trying TRYING to find my faith in God, I pick up my bible a time or two to read a scripture or two, but my mind can not wrap around the fact that God loves me, I tell myself that I believe in GOd I tell GOD that I believe in him I believe he sent jesus to this earth for me, I praise God a time or two when I feel guilty for not thanking him.. I lost my mother when I was 16 yrs old to lung cancer then my father to the same cancer when I was 17. I jjust cant understand how someone can look at me and say that they love me unconditionally that they can forgive me of all that I do...that they will save my life and that theres more then this world were in now. I hope that's not me not believing becuz I have the fear of God in my heart. I don't understand whats wrong with me. U know i feel the same way but ik one thing for sure, Jesus isn't man so unlike man He won't hate us when we disobey Him for He didnt love us cuz we were good. The Holy Spirit often comes through worship. This comes from personal, "heart-on-fire" experiences.
Lately I've been asking God to speed up Jesus' return, pressing on the issue, not realizing that God is still waiting on millions of people to receive him. How selfish of me to long for an end of my own suffering, disregarding the suffering of my fellow brothers and my sisters. Oh Lord, please lead me to the cross and teach me how to lay down my own life for you. Please show me how to deny myself as You did for us undeserving sinners. Please remind me that I don't need to be in heaven right now to rejoice. As believers, we are already saved. We are already in heaven. We thank you Lord, with every single breath.
God said that we will go through trials and tribulations. But being human we sometimes become overwhelmed as if we can't cope. But the I remember the movie :The Passion of the Christ" and cannot even fathom how severe the Lord's punishment was in all his innocence - and I cry and feel better afterwards. I live by the fact that God said that even when we walk through the valley of death, we shall fear no evil, for he will never forsake us nor leave us. He is truly our greatest comforter and to think in him we are all overcomers cos there's no problem bigger than our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have struggled with my anxiety and depression for a few years now. I truly believe that God is the one who got me through, along with my supportive family and friends. I have had suicidal thoughts multiple times, and I felt that Satan was trying to get me to remember every mistake big or small from my past and remind me of all the negative. I will always trust in God and pray to him and the saints no matter what because I know his love and forgiveness will get me through the hardest and darkest times in life.

I can't think of a life b4 Christ!!! I have had the worst 22months. I have been so stressed and depressed and have been cutting and crying myself to sleep! Feeling like god doesn't care!(sounds awful right) the past 2 months I have been getting prayer personally and as a family. It ended with my brother leaving home to his dads..... but I can happily say that GOD DOES CARE! He may not sort it out straight away because your timings are different be he is there!
