Description: Bjorn Ironside. A legend among the vikings. He earned the name "Ironside" for being nearly untouchable on the battlefield. Not a single blade could pierce through him. This is my tribute dedicated to his story.
Vikings has quickly become one of my favorite shows, right up there with twd. I love it so much and I will definitely be making more tributes for it and the supposed spin-off show that Netflix will be making next year! So expect Vikings to be on the channel for the very foreseeable future. I will be making tributes to Bjorn. His father, Ragnar Lothbrok. His mother, Lagertha. And more characters. I hope you enjoy it ^^

Yea he was a dual wielder for sure! He would start with a shield but as soon as battle was joined somebody got a shield in their face and out came the the axe. He reminds me of the Witcher fighting. He uses brutal speed to get under his opponents defences! Brutal!
Bjorn Ironsides death is one of the reasons that I don’t have it in me to continue watching the show if the they make more seasons and episodes. It made me too sad watching him die.

You totally should man, I really think you'll like it!! I literally watched *one* episode and was instantly hooked, the characters, cinematography and writing are all so incredible, it's one of the best shows I've watched in years.
Think of game of thrones but 100x better with real storylines and characters.

Just so you know Björn survived getting stabbed and will overthrow the Rus using the an army of the Kings and Earls that did not show up to help Harald. Remember Björn sent a messenger before the battle. Also I'm fairly certain that Ivar is planning on dubbel crossing Oleg as he does not agree with ending the Pagan faith. Ivar went along with the invasion because it would happen with or without him. By being part of it he can control the outcome.
I'm thinking that's what will happen as well. I hope so. Bjorn is such an amazing character, I really wouldn't want this mid-season finale to be his last episode :(

I think Bjorn is still alive. I've read a couple interviews where the creator hints that Bjorn might still be alive. And in actual lore, as I understand it, the real Bjorn Ironside retired very wealthy. So hopefully he's just seriously injured but alive. I hope that's the case. After Ragnar left, Bjorn was my favorite

Im not gonna watch this video yet. Im planning to watch Vikings after I finish Watching Dexter, do you think its worth it? I have heard its a good show but I have never got round to watching it myself. I don't want any spoilers for the show so Im planning to watch this masterpiece after I finish it to get the full experience. Im still giving it a like to support you bro.

I will say it is 100% worth the watch. When I first got into it, I was like "okay I bet this will be cool" and after the first episode I binged the entire 1st season because it was that freaking good! And I've been in love with the show ever since.
Ya know how shows like twd admittedly have a couple bad or at least "meh" seasons? Vikings doesn't have one bad season imo. The cast is incredible and many people call it a good alternative to Game of Thrones for good reason. It's already one of my favorite shows. I'd definitely recommend watching it ;)

Watching Ragnar be great,...just because he was great.
Then watching literally EVERYONE else,..try & fail to be even half as great.
The proof,..EVERY ONE of them used Ragnar's name, and legacy to either stake claims, or inspire courage, and/or loyalty.
If Lagertha had stayed, she could have put a stop to Aslaug's bewitchings, immediately.
Ragnar would have NEVER fallen into such despair, from Opium abuse, and heartache.

To me, the shouldn't have killed Bjorn in this series.. He should have survived and realize his father's dreams.
Agreed. I felt like he was supposed to be set up to be the one who survived after all the things he learned and survived in his life. He was supposed to be the one even greater than Ragnar.
