Yo sick culvert score! Im doing the exact same rotation as you but my throw blasting always comes back up with only 10-12 seconds left in the culvert instead of 20 seconds+. Why is this happening? I proc fatal at 36 and enter when throw blast is at 26

I use a -3s cd hat when I pop blasting and epic adventurer and then swap back, so if you follow this without using one that would end up happening. But before I started using a cd hat I popped adventurer at 50, fatal at ~34 and entered at ~25 (with lvl 200 merc in legion).
