Bravo to the owner and his workers for cooking and cleaning the eating area as clean as they can. Their hands look clean and they all look neat. The big street is clean compared to other areas I've seen on videos. I'm sure food tastes very good too and they sell it very cheap. How they make money, I don't know. Good luck and more success Brothers.

Thanks for watching. He is cooking Cow's trotters. Very famous dish in Pakistan.
He wiped his feet by rubbing them against his trouser. If he climbed on the table with his slippers then it's not good. There's no other way to help on that side but to climb on the table. His feet looked clean and he was wearing rubber slip on. It's very minor. At least everything they worked in the open.

Shan ghee is not of good quality.In Pakisthan the production of ghee is only able to fullfill 40% of the required need.
That means the balance 60% requirements how Pakisthan will fullfill.
Pakisthan is already a debt riddened Islamic country.
So only solution for getting 60% of ghee the Pakisthan Milk Products department has to use duplicate similar product like ghee from other source.
