I wish consoles had some system to streamline the approval process so we could have a PTS for console players too. Like, as far as it is only balance changes and not any visual changes from PTS to the final update (so that developers can't sneak something inappropriate in), they should just be able greenlight the final update faster (assuming it is possible to detect whether models and textures have changed or not, separately from abilities).
That or Steam for console.
