what do i do if the tag with device id is missing? Just bought a house that has a panasonic cs-lz25tke installed. Now im trying to connect it to comfort cloud but im stuck on step 14 with the device id. Im located in sweden
@@airconpanasonicglobal thank you for the reply! Thats the thing, i dont have the box or the sticker/tag. The unit was installed by a previous owner of the house and they dont have the box or sticker/tag either. So im still stuck with the same issue :(

Search for "I don't know the device ID of the network adaptor. Where can I check it?"
