If I had to describe Malaga and three adjectives, I would say Malaga is accepting, they're accepting of you wherever you're from. They're open, it's a pretty modern city, and it's fun. Probably some of the things that surprised me most about Malaga are the fact that it actually is a, it's a city, it's a legit city. I don't live in a city, I live in a suburb so I was a little nervous about that before I came but being in Malaga is fantastic!
The city center is actually pretty close to the school by bus. I can be there in less than 10 minutes and there's all sorts of stuff there as far as museums and nightlife for those of you who are looking for that and great food, good cultural stuff, some Roman ruins, and a lot of great things to do in the city of Oliver. Probably the most favorite piece of Malaga culturally that I've enjoyed is being down in the center and it's so full of food options, tapas options, and the history, you know, sort of the city history like the cathedral and the bravado, some great historical cultural type things to do. One of the things that I've enjoyed doing I was actually over at a local cafeteria with one of my instructors and I had not really had much of the fish here in Malaga and so we enjoyed the sort of fish of the day and don't remember what it was called. I dunno, another fish dish is buckle out and that's fantastic but the best tapa as far as I'm concerned is huevos Reggie knows.
