Hi Miguel131291 thank you for your comment and support 😊. This is something I will do once the Budget 2022 has been announced and finalised in March this year
If one is abroad say 5 months a year, and rents an office whilst abroad, is the rent an allowable expense? If so, would it be the whole year’s rent or just 5 months of it?
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. I have a question if you tend to trade in the UK however you are taking a year out isit better to close the company before you leave even though there is profit or is it better to pay yourself salary and divideds ?
Hi Miss Castro - it depends on the numbers we are talking here and your objectives and other circumstances - in general there are benefits to slow feeding yourself a director salary + dividends if your company is able to.
Hi Tony, love the videos, thank you! I spend many months abroad every year, lots of different countries. I typically stay in Airbnbs. I'm a consultant in online English language learning and while I travel I meet people to get their perspectives on learning English. How much of these travel expenses are deductible, we're talking months of flights, accommodations, food, entertainment etc.? Thanks so much!
Thanks for sharing this excellent information. If I may be so bold; I have a crazy question re training expenses. I'm a self-employed electrician and my principal client requires me to obtain an additional qualification to fulfil a specific role. He claims that it is possible for me to claim back 100% of the £3000 cost of this training/qualification, rather than just including it as an expense to set against tax. Do you know if such a scheme exists please?
I'm the same as people in here, I can't find the link to download the expenses guide. Plus I notice that no one had commented on these posts how to do it
Thanks for great videos. Hi i have a public sector job and am also a limited company director with my wife as shareholder. I do not take any salary from the company so I do not have P60 or paye reference no. My question is when I am filling self assessment and I want to claim expenses like mileage etc how can I do that? Without filling the PAYE reference the form runs into error and I cant complete self assessment. Thanks in advance Ash
Our Accounting period ends on 31st Dec We want to declare 2022 as dormant. But in Jan 2022 we paid the final salary settlement of any empliyee which was aroun 15,000 GBP... So can we declare the year 2022 as dormant... Thr other option is to shut the company down completely
Thanks for the continuous great yt videos. The fact is, NFTs, BTC is the future of crypto and the question most people ask themselves is - if this is right time to invest? I feel those who would allow the market dynamism to determine when to trade or not are either new in this space in general or probably just naive, the sphere have seen far worse times than this, enlightened traders continue to make good use of the dip and pump even acquiring more equities towards trading sessions, I’d say that more emphasis should be put into trading, since it is way profitable than holding. Trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 9 BTC when I started at 2.5 BTC in just 5 weeks of implementing trades with signals and insights from Jason Kyaw.. I would advise you all to trade your asset rather than hold for a future you aren’t sure about…
great video! Been searching for something like this all day!!
Would you please do a video on R&D Tax Relief. Thank you so much for all your videos.
Hi Khawaja thank you for your positive comment and support 😊 great suggestion and I'll put this on the video production roadmap.
As great as always. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 😊👍

Hi, did you find out whether you could claim this back as I’d also like to know the answer to this
Thanks 🙏🏽
@@jasmine11892 Hi; No I'm afraid I never got an answer.
Hi there is no download link for allowable expenses
I'm the same as people in here, I can't find the link to download the expenses guide.
Plus I notice that no one had commented on these posts how to do it
hi, on your website i can't download the ebook , any alternative link?
Did you find a way to download this?
There's no link to the expenses PDF, no replies to the comments asking you. Does it exist? It doesn't fill potential customers with confidence.
Is car lease tax deductable for self-employed or just for companies ?
Thanks for great videos.

Can we claim the same expenses as MPs
MP's are supervised by the IPSA but the principles should be similar 👍
Yes, let’s all do that and then we won’t have to pay any taxes 🤣
