Chapters (Powered by ChapterMe) - 00:00 - Introduction 00:16 - When should an organization use a hybrid cloud architecture? 00:55 - What are load balancers? 01:26 - What's the difference between horizontal scaling and vertical scaling? 02:31 - What is database sharding? 03:01 - What's the difference between authentication and authorization? 03:36 - Can you upgrade or downgrade a system with near zero downtime?
These insights were helpful and right to the point. However, I don't find NoSQL documents more complex than traditional tables. I understand this video is meant to be high-level, but could you dive into the speed differences between querying data from a NoSQL database versus a SQL database? I've heard varying opinions on this. Let me give you a specific scenario: If you were building a financial database that required handling a large amount of numerical data, involving either aggregation or joining multiple tables, and needed to be highly flexible- which type of database would offer better speed, flexibility, and scalability?
These are very basic, so much so that if you didnt know any of them you probably do not deserve the job so its useless in the form of interview questions better used as a learning tutorial for students
