This is the normal battle theme from Final Fantasy the 4 Heroes of Light. It has been extended to almost 15 minutes!

It makes me happy that Bravely Default made a remix of this when they brought the 7 Princes of Hell back.

Partially true. FF 4 heroes is inspired by nes/Snes era, story, gameplay and design, even the ost. BD is a modern FF , a spiritual successor. Both are fantastic imho.
If 4HoL is Bravely 0, then the DS/PSP remake of FF3 is Bravely -1

I played both games.
It's cool this appears in Theatrhythm Final Bar Line alongside World of Final Fantasy. One of my favourites from the setlist.
Too bad for World of Final Fantasy, they didn't add "Mega World of Battles" the boss battle theme. That one is so good.

I can't believe Bravely Default brought me to this forgotten DS jrpg. Then again, comparing the 2 games side by side, Bravely Default looks like a spiritual successor to this game.
It is a spiritual sucessor. That's wht the first Bravely Default borrowed several aspect of the game from FFt4oL
Gonna get the game on my 3DS at some point and see for myself.
The main characters and story are wild there too, now that I think about it

I had got this game as soon as it came out and loved it! Thats when i heard Bravely Default was coming out. I also got it the day it came out and lived it!And as soon as i heard the nemesis theme i freaked out!
I'm here because of bravely default even more so since the shop is shut down. And we were no longer be able to face the nemesis with this theme

Funnily enough, people who are trying to find this game. In Sams Club from Puerto Rico, there's about 7 to 10 of these games on the shelf. None came to buy them, but are still there.

ive been curious about this game the titles pretty sketchy and its just screams final fantasy 5 is it anyway related?
It's a Final Fantasy game, and it has a job system like 5 did, but other than that not really. It's a lot more of a Bravely-series game than an FF-series one.
Felthry well to me I say this is a bravely default zero because the character designs in bravely looks identical to this game

BD series introduced so much fun service and j pop culture.
This game is a pure Jrpg, a mix between dragon quest and early final fantasy (from the 3rd ff specially IMHO).
True Jrpg fans know that...
