You sat at the same table as we did when we were on in December, I ordered the carpaccio, i couldn’t eat it it tasted of nothing but lime juice, the maitre d came straight over and wanted me to order something else but I knew it was going to be too much food, so I skipped that course, I then had the belly pork, omg, I have been dreaming of that dish, I’m back on in 13 days and have booked the Indochin, belly pork is being ordered again. Great review as always xx

Think that’s me watched all the Virtuosa videos you guys done, we are going end of September and using it as our honeymoon. There were a few dodgey reviews about msc, but I’m so glad that you guys enjoyed it, I’m sure we will too. We have already booked the 4 dining experience and show, great tip. Cheers 👍🏼
I was set on butchers cut, but after this video I booked indochine last week. Wow, it was incredible, the Tom Yam soup was on of the nicest thing I have ever eaten. I was totally defeated by the time of the bao bun arrived. Thanks for the tip, I think - I’m hooked now need another cruise just to go there again.
Love Vietnamese Key and Stacey. The flavors just explode in your mouth! The simple disposable wooden chopsticks are easier to use. I was drooling watching you eat. The pork belly looked wonderful! I too thought Kev's dessert looked questionable though. Thanks for bringing us to dinner!
Here in Australia, some of our best bakeries are owned and run by Vietnamese people. A chef friend explained that because Vietnam used to be a French colony, they have adopted the cuisine. Its sounds like an odd combo, but when you get the history it makes sense.

The butchers cut is amazing. The only problem was that it was so dark inside. I haven't edited that video yet, but I'm hoping it looks ok. Had take one of our small lights, but it made people look at us even more lol
We didn’t enjoy Indochine, we had the four meal package. I’m not sure anyone would really pay £50 or so each as a stand-alone price. I had that dessert too, it was dreadful. Best place to eat on Virtuosa is Kaito. Great food, reasonably priced.
Shame you didn't like it.We really enjoyed it apart from the dessert! We all have different tastes though.Not our favourite speciality restaurant on the Virtuosa but would have it again. And yes we wouldn't pay individually either as very expensive would only get if part of a deal
Hi Key and Stacey, Bun is not a bun as you think… it is supposed to be Bún (in vietnamese writing) and that is simply rice noodles. As the matter of beans in the dessert… it’s like baked beans in English breakfast for me, it shouldn’t be there… (im vietnamese 😂)
