Uganda needs her, and yes, money goes and comes, but it's difficult to do your work well on an empty stomach. Ugandan govt has the funds to pay doctors and teachers well but they choose not to.

Canada gives first priority to Canadians even when it comes to teaching at the university. For example, if you did your PHD. in Canada and wanted to teach, you first have to be a PR. The first priority is given to Canadians. My friend had to wait to get her PR to apply for assistance professor positions.
That's really harsh, Canada was the ideal place for some time but clearly things have changed. We need to make sure we do our research, before making big decisions.
I equally believe if you relocate to another country for kyeyo and you find the atmosphere okay, just settle there instead of living a double minded life..we only live once
