Classic game that was. This contestant from Wembley, London has certainly earned his deal, a slam dunk in basketball terms or hitting the right note in music terms, £17,000. I wonder if he continued with his music or his basketball since this episode.
He played at just the right time, at the tail end of the Banker's early generous period in the first 100 games. Had he played just a week later that final offer probably would've been around £7,000 which he'd probably decline and crash to a blue!

So intense at the end,I had to cheer
Many, many games have been intense and this was one of them. I would imagine that this contestant would have signed a record deal or an Olympian.
