There were a few stations along this route that I didn't even know existed in all honesty, much like this one. But it was still a great one to go to nevertheless
Short and sweet, just how I like videos. Looking forward to Pangbourne as I have been there and it is a fairly nice station if I remembered correctly. If not then the nice one is Tilehurst.
I'm glad you enjoyed watching this, I liked my time at Pangbourne it was a great small station to go to. Not the best views I've had but it was still a great station to go to
Was some sort of legal action taken by the local residents because the electrification masts were deemed too stark for what is designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' fortunately it looks like it all amounted to nothing!
I have to admit the masts aren't exactly the most elegant looking things in the world. I would've thought that given some of the areas that the line has to pass through they would've done something to make them almost blend in that little bit more
The day this was filmed was the first time I had met him but we have spoken on social media plenty of times in the past and he wanted to join me for the day which I was more than happy to do
nice "as live" presentation as always, cheers!
I'm glad you enjoyed watching this :)
love it when they scream through the station. Doesn't matter short visit, love to see lots of video's lol thanks!
This was a great station to come to and one that I would love to visit again at some stage, hopefully with a bit more variety haha
Such a nice tucked-in station, a real nice setting. A handful of stops, but pure habit. Thanks a mint! B.P.

I'm on a little holiday near Norwich and I have seen a lot of cross country turbostars passing the country.
You'll see a good variety down that way

P.S. Pangbourne is closed regularly for some reason so check before you go.

@@Tornado922 ok thanks alot
What do you think is the best sounding engine currently in use in the U K . Tornado 922
I think it has to be between 3 different trains in all honesty. The Class 37, 70 and 68 are all equally as good in my eyes
Here's a trip back in time for the same station - much more varied rolling stock!! ruclips.net/video/IuUEwMX9MRw/видео.html
That is a cute station how often does a train stop there ?
You get two trains every 30 minutes in both directions calling here
Tornado922 umm not too bad then I suppose

That guy in the video (heavy set, short hair, glasses, safety vest) - do you know him or is he just following you around from station to station?

Hi buddy xx
Hello there
Your sure like your freight
Having freight every now and again helps break up the film so I'm not just purely getting passenger traffic
Warning contains expensive coke
And a few birds of prey ;)
