you know how you can press and hold apps to move them? the way you make folders is by stacking two apps on top of each other, you do the same for widgets
yes I use the app widget smith and find picture that I like on the internet! :) if you look up "widget smith tutorial" on YT there are a ton of videos to follow ! hope this helps

All you need is Phonto and ibisPaint when you are on Phonto pick the widgets size then when you have press on the image and press new text after that press symbols then size it and color it to the color after that save it when you have go to ibisPaint when you your in the app press plus then press import image then import the heart image then from inside the heart make it transparent (it’s on RUclips on how) then the outside of the heart use bucket to use the same color as the heart then save the. Import the image of your granddad and then add the image of the heart on to it through layers by pressing the camera button! After that save the image and make it as a small widget matching your plain iPhone background (Hope this helped!)

It's basically the same as adding apps onto each other to make a folder. You stack widgets on top of each other and then you can just swipe through them
