Hobby Lobby and Michaels introduced a vintage theme of Halloween items last year and brought it back this year. It’s fun to see the old school Halloween items. I got a metal, vintage looking repro cat wall hanging piece from Goodwill for a dollar the other day with a Hobby Lobby partially removed sticker on the back. I’m lovin’ the old school Halloween reproduction decor. You and Barb rock!

I'm sure you haven't noticed (wink, wink) that sometimes you get a little anxious on camera, Barb mellows you out & really brings out your quirky sense of humor ... she's a calming, comfortable influence on you, from what I can tell ... it's great to have friends who share hobbies & tastes and who are such nice people. You guys picked up some great items ... I don't know what it is, that turn of the century milk glass (I know Jocelyn is a fan of that painted stuff too) does nothing for me. Just a little too "shabby chic" for me, I guess. We all have opinions and I don't know why I feel I have to share mine, but I love a lot of the items you buy/sell.
Same. Not a big fan of the milk glass, it was vastly over produced and I agree the "shabby chic" thing is way overdone. I like things with more character, a little quirkier, and often, a little weird. My favorite find in this video was the black cat Halloween candy pail :)

Have found a couple of real gems in that thrift store. Always do a run through when in the area. It is a local charity thrift store.
